I find that when I go to the McKnight Home Depot that I always receive excellent customer service. The folks here really know what they are talking about! No matter what department aisle I am in, there is always someone that will help me in case I have a question. I love the DIY workshops that they offer too! Most recently, I learned how to install a backsplash for my kitchen! I will continue to make this location my #1 "go to" store.

This is a great store. The staff there are friendly and helpful. They offer consistently good service.

I find the associates at Home Depot to be very accommodating and helpful. I try to NEVER shop at Lowes right up the street, where their associates are never helpful. I don't care what department I shop. The employees at Home Depot are far superior. If I do have one negative at this Home Depot, it is the location of the rest room and there is only one.

Extremely pleased with the help and the happy conversations with all the employees in any and all departments. Immediately directed to the item which I was looking for. The assistance was immediate and polite. All associates were friends and helpful.

You always have what I am looking for or are willing to order from HomeDepot.com for store or home delivery. I have shopped ever since this location opened and plan to continue shopping here. Employees are special in my opinion. Each is knowledgeable about their area. They smile and are willing to assist you. The check-outs are efficiently operated provided the barcode is on the item. It rarely happens that the barcode is not on the item. The management is on the floor. The store is clean and fully stocked. I love this store!!

at points in time it seems that building and lot maintainance could have more priority. (ie:lack of lot lighting during one occasion during extended period.made store and lot look closed.

Very knowledgeable staff and good product variation. I choose Home Depot over the competition because of the service I receive and the friendly staff. I am new to maintaining a house so I am always able to find some practical advice and not a sales pitch, which is refreshing. I needed a replacement lawn mower, and went to my local Home Depot. I asked for a store associate and immediately one appeared. He answered all my questions, presented several options, and patiently explained the advantages of an extended warranty. I will be 74 shortly and had never bought an extended warranty for anything. I always thought they were a scam. The Home Depot warranty doubled the life of the warranty that the mower came with, and had no fees or additional costs associated with using it. I'm tired of fixing things on a mower that should not need my repair. I also enjoy talking with employees who like their jobs and who are not on commission!

These hardworking and helpful people are some of the nicest people I have ever come across in any retail store! If you have any question on anything for your home project...this is the place to be.

Friendly professionals help me every time I am there. At other hardware stores, Im greeted by apathetic high school students. At Home depot, especially in Ross Township, I'm welcomed and assisted to get what i need.

The store employee are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products they carry.

The Home Depot where I shopped was clean and well stocked. While I shopped, there were five associates who asked me if I needed assistance. When I did ask for help with shower doors I was directed to the salesman in the appliance department who was very knowledgeable and most willing to help me. He explained the components and a generalized installation. I am currently measuring and getting ready to purchase the door components. Great experience!

My visit to Home depot on Ross Park Drive was completely satisfactory. Everyone was especially helpful. Cheryl the cashier was excellent and the store and other employees were fine. I did find what I was looking for and was very satisfied with my visit.
