I bought Firm Fit headbands for my whole family. These are perfect for winter ear warmers and it's not a product you would expect to look for at Home Depot. An employee directed me to this hidden gem when they asked me how am I doing today and I replied, "Good but cold. Especially my ears." These are perfect fit, warm, and affordable!

I was having trouble finding what I wanted. I asked an associate to help me with finding what I was looking for. He immediately stopped what he was doing and located someone who worked in the department I was in. That associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and found the product that I was looking for very quickly.

Had a pleasant time returning items with Cynthia. She was very personal and helpful!

My grandmother applied for a Home Depot credit card and we miscalculated the annual income in the application. However, Cathy was so patient and helpful and helped us call the help center for credit applications. She was very amusing and was just amazing overall.

Helpful, friendly employees at this store made my shopping trip productive and enjoyable. Had to make a return of lighting that didn't fit my space, easy and quickly done. Bought nice replacement lighting. Useful item found in sale items. Found all that I needed and more in one convenient stop.

I bought a GE refrigerator from Home Depot and had it delivered and installed. They had someone pick-up the old one prior to delivery of the new one. Also Home Depot sent someone out to make an adjustment. Overall, I was pleased with the process.

I've been to many Home Depot stores but I've never interacted with an employee who is very kind, sweet and most importantly very helpful! I just wanna highlight her name "KATIE"! We need more employees like her everywhere! I would definitely come back here again because of her but unfortunately I'll be moving to state. Highly recommend her if you need any help in store! John went above and beyond to help find what I was looking for he took me personally to the aisle ask me questions concerning my task and pick out the right product for my job. Then he asked me if I needed to shop for more products that he would take me to the aisles if I needed. He was so kind!!

Go to the other Home Depot by the Mall. Much better store. Much better selection. LP follows people. Clearly store must struggle.

Employees at this store are consistently more helpful and friendly than I've experienced at other home improvement stores, including 84 and the Other Home Depot in Annapolis, which used to be my primary store. My friend is going to make this his primary store after accompanying me on a few visits recently.

I needed to replace a broken plastic bracket for a kitchen drawer roller slide. I thought it would be hard to find. Pablo helped me find the product and showed me exactly where it was. He was extremely helpful. I hope I run into him again on another Saturday.
