John T. in the tile department took his time, showed us tips and tricks, guided us to the products that would best suit our needs! His knowledge and experience really shined!

I would likely not have found what I was looking for had I hadn't had the employee assistant gladly take me directly to it. I have a bad back and just walking too much feels disabling so the size of Home Depot can be prohibitive if my back hurts at all. I love that all of my experiences at this location have been positive!

I love walking around the store to see what is available. I have purchased many home remodeling items and every day household items. I've even purchased Holiday decorations and nursery items. I love the sales!

Jill A in appliances was the most helpful person I have discovered in home depot in past months. She went above and beyond to help me select the correct appliances for fit and price point. I was very satisfied at the end of the shopping experience. I hate appliance shopping and this was a pleasant experience.

Got a new fridge and we are STOKED!!!! Looked at all the models on the floor, and found a couple that we liked, and then narrowed it down to THE ONE, and we are so happy with our purchase!!!

We recently purchased about ten thousand dollars of materials to remodel a home that we purchased thirty years ago, including new flooring, new paint inside and out, replacement for the old ivory colored switches and outlets throughout the house with new modern light switches, stylish smart dimmers, wall outlets with built-in USB charging and more. We had fantastic service in the store, and an incredible selection of the needed materials on-hand to be able to make our purchases, and begin the work the very next day, rather than having to wait until the inventory arrived from a warehouse somewhere..

Store is always clean and everyone is so courteous!

We were looking for ceiling fans. GORDON taught us a lot that we were unaware of regarding the mounting process. We learned that although the fan is on an extender rod from the ceiling bracket, many ceiling fans can also be attached directly to the electrical and mounting device without having the fan be too low. With 8' ceilings there isn't a lot a open ceiling area for fans on an extension rod. He also showed us that many models have reversible blades, two colors, so there's a choice. Also some fans come with lights that you can choose with a remote.

Employee Stan was Suoer helpful. He made sure that i was guided to the exact place to find the replacement part needed.

Kim Dethloff was the best her customer service was superior and we appreciate her so much. So easy to work with answered all our questions and went WELL above and beyond to get us want we wanted. The communication and call backs were excellent. We want to thank her so much for making our day and her help. Someone else not sure on the name assisted her and he was amazing too. I Highly recommend this Home Depot and the customer service level is thru the roof

Brian (an older gentleman) helped me with a bathroom sink & tub fixtures upgrade and was very knowledgeable and asked me questions to make sure I had everything I needed to complete the project. He saved me a trip back as I didn't realize that I needed a tub drain wrench.

The staff here are always respectful and knowledgeable. The store always has what I need on hand.

Recently been remodeling my home and get the best products, service and selection at the South Beaverton store. The employees are very attentive and knowledgeable, while maintaining the overall look, cleanliness and stock of their store. My go to, one stop shop, hands down, the best store in town.

I just found out about the 10% military discount and my husband os a vet. The discount is good on many items.

'The Chad' is who made this a truly extraordinary experience. The customer service and support we got from him was unlike anything I've experienced at any home improvement store. He did everything to help me and my wife. He went out of his way to make sure we found the exact table I wanted, provided great feedback on the product, answered my questions, and made sure we were helped through checkout. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had to help both in locating the product, loading the product and getting it into my car. The clerk who helped was thoughtful and helped me with a concrete blocks that I could not manage on my own.

Ken was amazingly patient helping me find the perfect planters and plant stands!

Brian appeared next to me while I was attempting to make sense of all the different Shark Bite fittings. He quickly evaluated what I was doing and selected all the proper fittings I would need to complete my shower re-plumbing project.

I went in to buy some replacement air filters for my furnace, a laundry vent and a couple rodent traps. I must have walked past a dozen employees; none of which greeted me or asked if I needed help. Not unusual for Home Depot. What made me write this review was the service (or lack there of) which I was shown while walking through an aisle searching for products to buy. On two occasions there were elderly men, one short, with a beard, and one tall and bald. As I walked though the aisle I was ushered out by an orange gate the first man was using to block off the aisle. He seemed frustrated that I was in his presence and showed zero patience for me to walk though. Later that trip. I walked down another aisle, hands full of products and was ushered out by a different elderly man. He closed the aisle behind me and when I reached the end, both corridors were blocked. As I tried to figure out which way to go He said, "you gonna go or what?". I understand that they need to do this to pull products off the top but they need to show a little customer service in the process of doing so. I felt like a pedestrian that wandered onto a construction site with an angry forman, rather than a customer in a retail establishment with products to buy and money to spend. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the service shown by Pat at the self-checkout. He greeted me with a smile and when I forgot my card he prescanned all my items while I ran to my car to get it. As I returned he helped me checkout quickly and thanked me for shopping there. As a senior retail manager, I would hire him in a heartbeat.

I need help with pricing on a Bone Throne and Chris was VERY helpful. Then Lisa at the checkout was terrific and a very kind person named Cassie helped me load the item into my car! Great people! Thank you!!

I needed a paint match to a 10-year-old sample. David in the Paint Department did an exceptional job in getting a near-exact match. The whole experience was professional and considerate. It was as good as any experience I have had in paint specialty stores.
