Home Depot in Beaverton Oregon has great employees! Everybody is kind and thoughtful. The store is well stocked and help is at hand. An employee, Carman E. helped me select EGO equipment that I was unfamiliar with, helped me order and made me feel safe and secure. This was for my husband's 70th birthday! The Pandemic didn't interfere with knowing a special gift could be given because of Carman E. That's the best there is, the hope and joy from such kindness that Carman gave me!

The Self Checkout kiosks here are the worst systems I have encountered in any retail establishment. This store never has enough manned checkout stations (like they will have one for the contractors and one for everyone else, and that is all). The wait is bad and essentially forces the customer to use the Self Checkout. But the touch pads at the Self Checkout kiosks are slow, unresponsive, and on my last trip rang up $400 in charges and then stopped working and wouldn't print or email a receipt. It did manage to charge my credit card! So then they find someone to handle the checkout at a normal, manned checkout counter. So now my credit card has been double charged and I am having to spend time with the credit card company making sure the second charge is removed. If you're going to make us use Self Checkout, then get some real keyboards/keypads at the Self Checkout kiosks!

Once again the South Beaverton Home Depot store (#4018) has gone above and beyond in making sure we are able to keep working. Dealing with a product warranty the vendor failed on meeting their promised delivery date, and left a project incomplete, and the home owner very disappointed. Their stall was able to pull the item and get it shipped upon its arrival to the store, and out to the job site in rapid fashion, saving our staff from dropping everything and making countless trips for a warranty item. Their staff and management team fully understands the importance of what we do, and how they can make the difference. It shows in every purchase and opportunity to help with an eager and friendly demeanor. Thanks again.

The associate in the lumber department was very rude, when I told him I didn't need his help he continued to harass me and then threaten me.

The best Home Depot!! I can always get help if I need it, and can count on friendly, knowledgeable assistance. Prices are right.

Great service here from Allan in washers/dryers. He knew his product and was great. 5 star service. We first went to a local outfit thinking to support local first. They knew nothing, sloppy, acted like we were an interruption in his day. Allan at Home Depot knew his product inside & out, no rush, no push, thanked us for our valued business. I hope this company is not so massive that they reconize this review and reward him. Hard to find service like this in the INTERNET click and buy age. Gives us hope. Thanks Allan P.

Very poor customer service. Good in getting someone to wait on you in the Appliance section. Absolutely no sales associate in sight. Waited 1/2 hour for someone to show up. They lost a refrigerator sale.

This store is larger than most of the west metro Home Depot stores. It is clean and well stocked. I have found things at this store that sometimes are not available at other HD stores in the west metro area. Employees are helpful, and in my experience have been knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

I found this store to be excellent. The service is outstanding and the customer service I received from a young associate name of Elvis was out standing. I will be returning to shop here from this point on. The store was very clean and I was able to find everything I needed with no problem.

Good prices, sweet lumber and tools, clean store, plenty of parking and loading help, helpful employees if a little sparse. 4/5 will shop again.

I visited the store on December 20th looking for a specific string trimmer that was on sale for $99 online. The sale price on the shelf was $129. I brought this to the attention of Zakk. He checked that the product was the same price and then honored it. I appreciated the service, the trust and the lack of excuses.

The thing is as a contractor when i walk in to home depot I walk out with what I need.

This store never ceases to amaze me. Always friendly customer service, and knowledgeable staff. Ken from Garden was incredible today, and was someone I have not had the pleasure of working with. I know that if I need anything from Garden, I will be looking for Ken first and then others second knowing full well that I will receive the same care and support that Ken has provided. This store has never disappointed and is still my “go to” for everything.

We were looking for several things, and a bunch of very helpful folks were available and willing to point us in the various directions we needed. Cashier was great and we quickly connected with some good story trades. While wheeling out to the car, another gentleman offered to help us load a big, bulky box into it. He was really friendly and we shared a few quips about my wife being "pushy". I completely denied that, but we all laughed and he winked. It was a fun and light hearted encounter as if we were friends. We drove away saying we'll have to come out mid day again sometime (I was off work today for chores).
