Friendly staff

While this store is very clean and pushing social distancing, there were many customers without masks and there were employees without masks. Also there was an employee that lead me to the cleaning supplies aisle when I asked for packing tape. I would recommend touching employees up on where items may be or having them direct customers to a more knowledgeable employee. Other than that, my experience was great. Wait times for lines are short and employees are friendly

Store associates need to worry more about their job than if the product worked or not. And we're not your bro or bruh. Learn how to properly associate yourself with customers. Miss CASHIER KIMBERLY in returns and customer service. Whether you are happy to work there or not. You're more than welcome to find work somewhere else. We came to the store professionally. Other than that the store was fine.

Just want to say that on of the store managers ( Mario ) is a cool dude. He is very approachable and very helpful

This is my first time to buy an appliances at Home depot 16783 Sanya Ana Ave Fontana, California. I was greeted by a Staff. I cant remember her name but she is very respectful. She have the product knowledge and she explained everything well. I will come back again on this location. She valued her customers needs, easily you will find what you are looking for. The stores are clean and during this Covid 19, she practices Infection Control, she have her mask, she sanitized the table, computer keyboard, social distancing was being followed. Home Depot Associate's are very respectful and friendly.Thank you.
