Associates very helpful. Clean store Good garden center.

Stopped by this Home Depot on our way home. This store was very clean and all of the associates were very friendly. If it were close to my house I would definitely do a lot of shopping here!

Store 0610 always has what you need. If they do not have the item, they will find the home depot store that does and will process the purchase for you and then will call your order at the store that has the item.

Shop at store 0610 located off Hospitality Ln. San Bernardino. They are always stocked and helpful. Knowledgeable employees.

Home Depot/Store 0610 has been far the best one I have visited. Although I have now moved to Rialto, and have been to my local Rialto Store on Foothill, I had a bad experience. I will continue to drive further to San Bernardino for my needs. It feels really good when you don't know what your doing, but know you have to do it! and get the help you need so you are well informed and Know what to do, and how to do it. Thank you for your Customer Services San Bernardino. I recommend your Supervisor/Managers be used to train your location and others.

Worst store ever. Associates treated me like trash and even asked me to leave. But couldn't tell me why so a manager had to be called. Then these nazitypes followedme to the register. I'm not white btw.

Bruce in your plumbing department was awesome. He walked me through step by step in what I needed to do to fix my problem. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood what I needed to do. Thank you very much Bruce.

Thaddeus in the lumber department was extremely helpful. When we told him about our project, he took his time and helped figure out different ways to accomplish our project. He helped us check out and even helped us to our car. I haven’t received this great of service in a long time. Thank you Thaddeus!

This store is closest to my home so i am constantly here but they do not have the best inventory on the shelves. They also need more employees in the depts so when we need help they are right in sight and easily able to help instead of waiting until they arrive or until i can find someone in the aisles. I prefer the redlands home depot they have better stock and carry more products like the Milwaukee pack out line.

I like this Home Depot as it is well organized. So far, the staff are polite.

I came in the store to buy a replacement exterior door latch. I spent about 8 minutes looking all over the isle where the doorknobs and locks sets are located. [Isle 21] I went looking for an associate to help me locate the item I needed. I found two associated talking to each other on the next isle over, when I approached; one asked me if I needed help finding an item. I showed her the broken door latch I brought with me so I would get the correct item. She told me that I would find it on Isle 21 on the left side in the Kwikset area. So I go back to isle 21 to look again, spending another 5 or so minutes looking for it. The associate could have taken a few minutes to show me exactly where the item was located. As it turned out I found the item on the bottom shelf of the Kwikset lock area, the same place the associates place their customer service skills.

I have been visiting this particular location for almost two decades. The store is always clean and has everything in stock. David in particular stood out to me the most after years of visiting this location. He was a great help to me in finding a new water heater for my home after it unexpectedly broke. He gave me advice on how to set it up, bring it to my truck, and provided me additional advice on what to do if there was a problem with this new water heater.

Very busy store! I like coming in the mornings in and out very quickly! Morning Cashiers are very friendly and your employee daniel in building/ lumber very helpful.

The check out cashier “Sarah” was very polite, friendly and professional. This store is well stocked and has everything you need for your house. This store is #1 on my list and I will shop here again and again.
