The Mickey Mouse inflatable is super cute!

Had the best experience of all of our Home Depot trips today. Our appliance sales person Gabby was attentive but not pushy. She helped, listened, sought additional information from us. Would have ordered online after looking at floor models but bought two appliances live in store because of how helpful she was.

Michael and Chris are top notch employees. They helped load a whole trailer of drywall and assisted with technical knowledge about the project I was undertaking. These two gentlemen sure do make your homedepot shine!! Thanks again for the help!!

I have been trying to get a 12 ft Skeleton for 3 years. After hearing my story, BECKY said she would try to get one for me (they were in the risers, not on the floor yet). She personally check to make sure they had one and called me back to tell me there was one at the front desk with my name on it!! BECKY went way above and beyond for me!! I will now be going to the HD (Salem), even thought it is not the closest one to me. I have heard "horror stories" about how some HD associates "freak out" when asked about Halloween Decorations, and when they will be available. Well, Salem HD and BECKY are fantastic!! 5 stars, 10 stars, a million stars!!!

I purchased a screen door today for my front door to replace the one Home Depot put in 12 years ago, it needs replaced. Also purchased a shower stall today that will be replacing my tub in my main bathroom. The store clerks were knowledgeable and I got what I wanted today. Excellent employees, Matthew and Nina helped me today!!

Every employee that I had a question for, knew that answers that were helpful to me, and also if apropos showed me where the item I was looking for was located.

Store employees are always so helpful and willing to locate items if need be always clean inside and I know they are caring people if at all possible I would like to chat with someone who makes donations to churches and other non profits

Being a Home Improvement Contractor and living two miles south of another home improvement supply house, I passed it a thousand times in the last fifteen years on my way to The Salem Home Depot which is twelve miles North of me. It's not Home Depot but the associates that (are) Home Depot worth the trip.

The Store, it's Employees, and Managent not only provided me with quality items at a reasonable price, they also made my shopping experience quite enjoyable and easy. In that, the reason for my visit was because of two traumatic water leaks and some damaged electrical components. Wow, what a way to take the negative edge off of a very bad, unexpected, and potentially very expensive experience. My Christmas mood is somewhat rescued, especially with the way this year of 2020 has gone. Finally, something very positive, out of all of the havoc.

The Salem store is convenient to us in Northern Columbiana Cty. It is eay to get to and very easy to enter and exit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sheves stocked as well, even better than home inprovement store in larger urban areas. l

Too many people in store. No social distancing. Cashier was signing up people for credit cards at her register in the contractor side! Really? We're on a time budget to get our work done. They were giving free gifts away for signing up. Gifts were at a different register. I waited in line for 15 minutes! While 2 people signed up for cards.
