I bought this washer and dryer set on Monday and got them installed in Wednesday. Great experience. I'm happy with my new set.

I pre searched 12 items I needed all showed in stock at this store so I came here. Assistant "peter" helped me locate all 12 items fairly quickly, even had a second assistant look for one item. Very happy with service,

This is a rare location, the pros actually know there stuff and there helpful!

I can’t say I always have a good experience when I go to this store. But today I went in looking to buy a new toilet and was lucky enough to be assisted by Eric. This gentleman was very thorough/helpful with my visit to HomeDepo. Out of every trip I’ve ever had to HomeDepo he was the first to provide 120% excellent customer service. Wish more employees were like Eric.

Going through a tough time, needed a refrigerator asap. Went to Home Depot twice. The first time no one approached me. The second, I was approached by Marco in appliance department. He asked me what I was looking for then allowed me space to see products. He didn’t wait too long before he approached me again for help. He was able to help me right away and was extremely knowledgeable about the appliances on hand. I left 30 mins later with a brand new LG Refrigerator and felt great about my purchase. I would definitely return to him and trust what he has to offer. This man is a gem, and that day, his kindness is exactly what I needed.

Efficient and timely service in loading my desired heavy item on my flat cart and loading item in my vehicle. Very pleased

The checkers never make eye contact, thank you for being a customer and it seems like you're bothering them. It is a ghost town, never any workers to help you with your needs.

upon entering I was greeted and immediately given the info I needed. I wanted to purchase boxes and a few bins. The prices were competitive compared to the expensive u haul store, so I was able to purchase what I needed.

After a long day of work and people passing each other like robots, cashier William at Home Depot took the time to greet us and a quick chat about our day. He was very friendly and personable. Felt like the good ol’ days when employees knew you. He’s an asset to Home Depot.

If you ever need flooring from this Home Depot, make sure you ask for Daniel Ochoa, he was amazing!!

We purchased some flooring for an installation at our house and the salesman helped find the flooring at a lower price by purchasing in larger quantities and I was able to use a Home Depot coupon on the purchase as well.

Ac broke and HD quickly assisted me in replacing it

Upon arrival Mayra greeted me and guided me to the flooring department, I couldn’t find any help so she helped me and once I finished shopping she even helped open a credit card account and now I’m going to come back for all my projects, I’ve never had this customer service before and I’m very appreciative.

This kind cashier named Kathy, helped me so patiently when I was having issues with my card and was completely kind and respectful the entire transaction!

Our BBQ would not fit in our car so with the managers help the delivery guy named Pablo helped deliver to our house. They also have lots of vegetables and fruit trees in stock.
