I did not have any issues at the time of purchase. I had issues when I came back to exchange the item I bought for having a manufacturer error. I felt judged and discriminated during my returned visit. As I was walking out of the store after my exchange, I was stopped by a worker named Delia at check out. She asked to see proof of purchase. I don't understand why this worker decided to stop me and asked to look at my receipt. Theirs other people that walked out of the entrance before I did and she never bothered to stop them. If this was standard protocol every person walking out of the store would be stopped and asked to show proof of purchase. This is why I felt judged and discriminated. This is unacceptable. Delia shouldn't have stopped me, she had no right to. She's not security.

Usually shop my neighborhood store but after cashier Gina treated me as if I was going to steal flowers in the garden and then rudely attended me as I paid in garden area, threw 4 bags in my cart for me to bag my own items (I spent over $100) and no greeting. She seemed bothered to be working today and was hugging and puffing as I approached the cashier area. Difference was I waited outside just to see if others had to bag their own items- nope she singled me out.

Over heard 4 useless looser employees talking about a lady's behind per their conversation. P.S I was with my wife. If you dont have respectful people it will definitely affect a company.

Erick in plumbing is knowledgeable about products in the aisle and very helpful in finding just what you need in faucets etc. climbing up ladders to multitask and get items for multiple customers. The checkout line was expedited by cash or debit card and my trip took less time than I thought. I recommend the store!

I have been to this Home Depot for years. Not only because it's close to home, but because I find what I need. I have purchased flooring, paint, wood and several plumbing supplies. Just to say my new deck is beautiful.

The store is very clean! The staff are always kind and friendly. Very helpful! Home depot is a nice place to be.

I had a great shopping experience this past Saturday and Sunday. I was in the store for 2 hours each day and was helped by 5 different employees who were very customer oriented which always feels good!! The store was very clean and products displayed were neat. I highly recommend this Home Depot and I will be returning in the future. Kate

This store is awesome but one employee that helped me so much especially during these times is My Cashier Eloisa. She was awesome, cant day enough. She really cares and takes care of her customers. God bless her and the whole Homedepot team!

Jose in doors and windows is great. He really takes his time getting you what you need. Also Tyrone in doors and windows has always done a great job helping me.

Store has a big selection to choose from and also friendly Associates knowledgeable as well, Home Depot serving my neighborhood

I have to give this HD store props for excellent customer service, based on my last visit. They not only handled the COVID-19 sitch by metering customer numbers through the door, but I also got lucky with two of the best employees I've run across in a long time: Isabelle in Customer Service and Erick in Plumbing. If you need anything in that department, see if he's there; he went the extra TWO miles to find me the exact water heater I needed (warranty replacement), and kept me updated during his search -- he had to dig through several aisles to find where the particular model was hidden in high storage. I wish all HD employees were as good as Erick!

I needed to buy multiple plants and I came across Rob in the Garden department. He really went out of his way helping me with my needs. After when I arrived to check out amazing customer service also from Gina, I did asked her if I can speak to a Manager and she turned around, and told me that Rob is the Manager. Honestly every time I come their everyone tells me to go to a certain aisle no personal touch. However, with Rob he walked me through all over the store for things that I needed to purchase took his time. I come to this location at least once a week I have never experienced anything like this. Felt really special! Thank you Rob and Gina! My visit was today May 28th around 8:00AM

The phone needs to be answered. The phone ringing is not a sound track to shop to. Employees should be more mobile and more helpful. There are a few that were helpful, but I felt I saw too many employees socializing with each other and standing around while i waited for service for more than an hour

Daniel was amazing in this visit . I didn’t get any of the other peoples names but there was a very friendly guy who helped us find toe kickers. And a lady who helped me get a cart she was also very friendly . THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR HOME DEPOT VISIT AMAZING .

The staff are professionals and try to help you with anything you are looking for in the store.

An employee was very disrespectful towards me at the self checkout. Was also saying disrespectful things about me to her coworker. I'm not a 12 year old.

I got a good and kind help from the employer.

Someone in California used my email address for their purchase. My brother suffered the same issue and had someone open a credit card in his name. There's no where to report or rectify this on the Home Depot site.

Poor customer service In the cashier department. There are a few associates who are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and great customer service.

the female latino employee in the truck/tools rental area was especially nice.

The most horrible experience at any retail stores. Home Depot employees are not well trained including the managers. They don’t even know their own return policies on major appliances. Online customer service told me to return the unit back to the store to get a refund and the store manager, Jessica, was refusing to do so for over an hour. I was told I can’t return or get a refund for a defective unit that was delivered to us within less than 24 hours after delivery. Wasted 2 hours on arguing because they don’t want to follow their own rules. Even after the manager realized she was wrong. I showed her the return policy on their website as well as on my receipt. She was keep insisting she is right and I’m wrong for wanting to return a defective item. I am NEVER buying any appliances ever again from Home Depot!

Great checkout system! I have not shopped here in a while. This is a welcome addition. The staff quickly attended to my needs. I was not sure if I could purchase a Home Depot gift card in the self checkout area however I quickly learned that I could! The clerk pleasantly helped me do so and I was on my way.

This particular Home Depot is always my first stop whenever I am doing home improvement projects, as well as buying small items. The service is wonderful and helpful. I have enjoyed all the employees for over seven years since I moved to the area.
