I Love The Home Depot.I especially like that I can order stuff online and pick it up that day or the next day,so convenient,I can look at everything online,I don't have to hurry and I can make a good decision on what I decide to purchase.I love it.

This store consistently is well stocked. People are friendly. We have been especially well served by the departments that do custom orders for window coverings, Windows and doors. Laura Salcedo, Millwork Specialist, was terrific in going the extra mile. There are other stores a bit closer to us, but we will always go to the GE Plant store.

Came in on a Saturday and I got great customer service from Alexandra who works at the pro desk. She was a friendly person and very helpful.

Excluding some people in the "pro" team, staff cashiers and loaders are energetic and competant. Also has the best maintained parking lot, free of carts and rubbish. Has standard stuff as far as stock. Recommended.

Great people, products and service. Decent, not the best prices. Will shop here for future needs.

Cashier SUJEIRY is an excellent employee and deserves recognition.

I have shopped at this Home Depot for everything from lightbulbs to a complete bathroom remodel. The store is always straightened up and organized. The employees are friendly and always willing to help if needed. If you find something online you want the in-store pickup is GREAT. Edith in Customer Service has helped me several times, order picks, returns, etc. She always has a smile.

The store has the best customer service in the area! I'll drive a little further just to come here because the associates are quick and very helpful. They are normally fully stocked with various brands and is very clean and uncluttered. I can usually find what I need by myself, but if I can't, someone's always near by to help. The Manager on Duty, JT goes above and beyond with his service skills!

Greatest people work here, always nice as well as helpful, know where stuff is that I want. Also, I love flowers, plants; this store has the best selections and I got two kinds of Blueberry bushes and two Blackberry plants. Yum when they are ripe. Perfect for my sunny balcony. I have containers of organic vegetables too, with guidance from Master Gardener at La Mesa Verde Garden club - call for information (408)9.16-5068

The store was a typical HD but in the Paint department Jimmy Hanson was outstanding. Ask for him if he is on duty. You will be glad you did.

The lumber section did not have what I was really looking for. The lumber was scattered and in disarray. Boards in wrong bins. Gates partially closed. Forklifts parked in the way. Overall not very efficient or easy to get to or even find.

It was fairly easy today to get what I needed

I got answers to my fixit problems, right size products for my repairs, help finding right products and how to use them. This is the store to go to, you'll get what you need, help you need, and feel better when go home to do the fix than you went out to get stuff to do the jobs. Relief and satisfaction together, a great store.

The home Depot in Monterey road in san jose, ca or GE Store is the best store in the San Jose area, from J.T. to Alicia they are GREAT people. Thank you ALL.

went in for a return transaction was very fast with super friendly cashier. very helpful gave me recommendation on what to purchase for my needs.

Today met up with Jennyson and Dave in tool rentals dept. they were great in putting the power tool together and showing me how to safely use on the tree trimming . Thank you again and that's why we enjoy shopping there and service plus location.

I have yet to have worked with a bad employee. Always knowledgeable and friendly. I've been using this store for over 10 years and won't shop any other place. My gorgeous kitchen floor was completed by Home Depot employees and contractors. I had received an awesome price for the installation. I call the employees my friends, not workers or cashiers.

What I wrote earlier in this review. Good employees - Alicia/cashier. Paint guys. And some other lady. All very helpful. And the guy in the parking lot working so hard bringing back the shopping carts. He's always willing to greet and help every time. In fact today, I saw him helping some lady carrying her items out to the car. He was very patience with her, they walked down the parking lot and found that she didn't park it where she thought but over the other side. Therefore, had to walk back up and around.

Love this Home Depot. It's large, has a clean and organized showroom, has friendly and knowledgable staff, and is easy to get in and out.

I have had great customer service at this store and been lucky to say that I've always found help. I want to mention that even that it is what they suppose to give, treating them nice most likely will get you nice people and willing to help you.
