I went to buy my first lawnmower. Everyone was sooo helpful. Because I didn’t have a truck. They took it out of the box and loaded it up. The associate that helped me got a ladder and climbed up to the display model and showed me how to charge it and start it. They made my adventure to the Depot fun. THANK Y’ALL

Great store,well-located, well-managed, well-stocked, and very pleasant and helpful employees.

Despite the corona virus tensions affecting by so many employees at other stores I was impressed by the customer service here. From the helpful door greeter who directed me, to the customer service employee who assisted me, they were friendly and courteous. Lisa in customer service even offered extra work to save me over $60 on my order and then brought my order to my car & got help for me to load it. My experience here turned an average day into a great one!

Thank God for the mature baby-boomer staff, they are knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and not completely ignorant like the millennial youth staff who couldn't change a light bulb.

We went to look at granite counter tops, and we had excellent customer service. Linda in the kitchen countertops and cabinets helped us tremendously. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. My husband and I left happy knowing we got exactly what we wanted and Linda had walked us through the whole process. She gave us her one on one time, and we felt as if we were the only customers in the store. A big shout out to LInda, she was awesome. Thank-you! Thank-you! I'm a man of 80 years. I've shopped at Home Depot for many years and have been very satisfied. It is like a neighborhood store. Some of the employees are like friends. Thank you Home Depot.

Their customer is and was Key! Their knowledge is and was Key! The store was clean and everything accessible. I am a house wife with a disabled husband and I have never done home repair but now have to. These store employees treated me with respect and were very knowledgable by showing me my options for the project I had in mind and explained what I needed to do. It is rare anymore to find this kind of available help! Love this store! It's my one stop project shopping store!

We moved here in July and I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff has worked hard for our business and have proven over and over that customer service is a priority. They have worked in ugly weather or the hottest of days. I like that they remember their customers and interact with each and every person who walks in the door. WHAT A GREAT TEAM!!!!

Home Depot is very good at stocking material and equipment that is consistent with the seasons. Makes for easy shopping and saves a lot of time.

As always Home Depot is the store to go to when one needs just about any construction material or tool.

I am retired from the building business now but when I was an active builder Home Depot was at the top of my list for acquiring needed items that I used in construction. Since retirement I continue to go to Home Depot for most of my home project needs. Hard to beat their inventory and prices.

This store usually has everything I need from tools to light bulbs and other accessories its a very well stocked store and very handy to get to as well.

We were not satisfied with this store when we tried to get flooring. We were not told certain things and our quote after our measure came back 2,000 dollars more then the original. We were told we would need an asbestos testing. They were so incredibly hard to get a hold of. The only positive is that they refunded us our money. We will not be giving this store our business.

Salesman was extremely unprofessional and rude ans impatient. Waited almost an hour for them to load a washer and dryer. Definitely won't recommend anyone to go here. Very unpleasant

Some days it really seems like certain people carry the load while others don't know what is going on. Some days there are too many customers for the help needed and I see these great employees putting on their best smiles and making the best of things. I know this is the nature of the beast, but customers equals sales, do they teach that anymore? This really is a pat on the back to all of you who have seen us in the store wayyy more than we would like to be, but it's a huge remodeling job. Thanks for the help and smiles and positive attitudes- too many of you to name, but you know who you are. YOU are The Home Depot.

Christina was so very kind, she went out of her way to make sure I found the leaf vacuum that I'd found online. She was so very personal and didn't pretend to know what she didn't know just to sell the product. She actually cared even about learning more about the products as she was new to the store having just moved here. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Home Depot today. Thank you Chrisina!!!

Ponderay Home Depot has employees that are kind, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. The are willing to help with any project you are working on. If it is electrical, plumbing, building, anything they are willing and able to help. If you cant find what your looking for someone will help you.

Diana in the appliance department was fantastic and she knows her stuff!! She was working 5 phones, a computer and dealing with me like a piano player playing a concerto!! Very awesome!!!!

I've been shopping at this Home Depot since it opened. They always have plenty in stock and the people are generally very nice. The problem lately is that there are never enough checkers for people with large items. Plenty of self checkouts but they just don't work for people with large items. I've gotten to the point where I might go to a different chain if we had one.

Brain and Dan-O did a great job and were some of the most helpful individuals I've ever worked with out of all the Home Depots, nation wide, that I have done business at. Also, the cashier, Patrick, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Overall, this has been an excellent experience working with this Home Depot location

We visit this store very frequently, nearly once a week. Products needed are regularly in stock. The staff is friendly & very helpful. Keep up the great work everyone!

We were able to find the exact dishwasher we were looking for. We had looked online and knew the model we wanted. Randie Gadberry, Appliance Specialist, is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. He also sold us our washer about a year ago. He is very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and pleasant. The associates are always willing to help us find whatever we need. We always enjoy visiting Home Depot Ponderay.

EVERYTHING FANTASTIC ABOUT THIS STORE EXCEPT THAT MANY TIMES THINGS ARE OUT OF STOCK. THAT COULD BE IMPROVED.
