This is a very "clean" store and all of the employees are very helpful. I found all of the products I was looking for and if confused was able to get assistance when I needed it. All of the associates are very helpful and friendly.

The associates are the best! Some I even know personally because of our small town's size. Regardless, the customer service is the best anywhere. The folks at the Pro Desk are real pros!

I don’t usually write reviews but when you get exceptional customer service like I experience do you have to go the extra mile thank you Kim in the door and window department at the Sand point Home Depot, she is on her game Kim is very professional and takes care of business like a customer would expect. Aloha Kim from your Priest Lake/Maui happy customer! Maybe send some Maui Home Depot employees to be trained by Kim they need it. Or better yet send Kim to Maui to train the Maui Home Depot employees

Shopping at the Sandpoint Home Depot is always a pleasure. The items are marked clearly, assistance is always available and pleasant. I have rarely looked for something that was not there, or out of stock making it necessary to return at a later date or look elsewhere. We are very satisfied with shopping there for our appliances, crafts, plants, household items like shades etc.

The store was well stocked and employees were helpful. especially the check out lady. She got me and my rolling cart through quickly even though the store was busy.

Always seem to feel welcome and important. Usually find what I need and if I don't they probably don't make it. Many times find a way around it.

It is well lit and the isles are labeled. Most of the time I have to "look" for assistance if I want it, this time I didn't need it. Store employees are friendly at check out.

The assistance is great! They have even called us to remind us of an order we did not come for and they ask to help you when you enter the store.

Snow removal was great and a safe walk into the clean store with good and helpful workers.
