The store is always clean and well-stocked. On my recent visit, an employee in plumbing went out of his way to check overstock for a $4.50 brass fitting I needed and found it for me.

I would recommend this store if you live nearby bc it’s convenient. However, my gf and I were shopping for flooring options and the older Caucasian woman in an apron was just sitting at the flooring depot desk LITERALLY on her cell phone while we were looking at the displays in front of her. She didn’t once asked us if we needed help, even when we were searching for more info on laminate flooring. When we got to finally checking out tho, the cashiers were very friendly. It feels like the front of store service is great with customers, but the associates on the sales floor were either non existent or in their own worlds like at the paint area where 2 associates were just chit chatting about when there were ppl looking for help in the aisles next to us. Ultimately, this is a good store to go to if you know exactly what you want and need. Don’t expect too much assistance while shopping on the sales floor tho. Just being honest.

Flooring attended today was amazing (unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he is a young man truly enjoying his job and helping others in the HD). I can't say the same about the self checkout staff...

During this COVID-19 we are all to wear masks as I walk in I noticed that some associates are not wearing masks Home Depot is all about safety but also it’s about customers first please in force strict policy that associates are to wear masks and also please enforced policy that associates are not to be flirting on the sales floor while on the clock very unprofessional

Worst customer service experience ever. Customer service Associate name "Joy" is so rude. Don’t know how she got a job in Home Depot. Also, seems like manager does not care about anything in this store. I asked for the manager to talk and waited for 20 min. and he did not show up! I never recommend this store to anyone.

Everyone is friendly and helpful at store #0630.I feel at home and love the quality, quantity and prices. It's my "to go" store.

Please do more to promote social distancing inside the store. Grocery stores have done much to keep customers safe by promoting 6 feet distances at check-out lines, etc. I think this store could do more for virus safety, with clearer markings for the check-out line. Please train the store employees to wear their masks and to maintain 6 feet distance whenever possible.

There were associates all around me yet not one could take a minute to help! Midday and there were over 12 employees walking the sales floor. I asked for assistance and was told an associate would come. I waited in the aisle for 20 mins waiting all the while employees were passing me by. I kept being told they’d send someone else! I never received help. When I was walking out (empty handed) employees were standing up front talking, drinking soda, eating, standing around.

Every employee in that store is fantastic, if anyone is going to say otherwise definitely must walking up in a really bad mood

I guess- disappointed with the nursery. So many beautiful succulents, yet flowered monocarpic ones laying there. Please clean up, so plants are more attractive to sell.

Good Store for my house repairs and needs. I have used this Home Depot for 40 years after moving into our neighborhood.

Our time is valuable and in this mobile world we live in, accuracy and efficiency is important. So when a stores sites says they have 2 in stock and when I get there it’s 0, well you just wasted my time and interest in shopping at your store.
