Very pleased with my last visit to Home depot in Saratoga springs. The employee that handled my return was courteous and polite. I would highly recommend.

Scott and Joann truly turned our experience around into a great one. We first spoke with a staff member who told us if we don't see the item you must not have it. I informed them we called prior to the 40 minute drive. She said she couldn't help. I saw Joann helping someone else so I decide to ask her. Thanks goodness I did. She along with Scott ensured we did not leave with out the product we needed. They spent an hour securing our item securing a fork lift driver and finding the correct color from the overhead. I truly Thank them.

From our building a home, buying large ticket items and running a contracting business, we seek out Michelle Luna all the time! Her knowledge, patience and happy demeanor draws us to her!! She has assisted us over the past 4 years and are very thankful for her help!! Yay Michelle!!

Got a good deal, good service and am happy with the selection from which we could choose.

Supervisor Jacob and Manager Al worked to solve a complicated return involving a faulty boxes of fire alarms. Appreciated their professional manner and willingness to understand my frustration with the product.

I was purchasing material for a kitchen remodeling project and was working with Mike at the Pro Desk. He was so helpful in making sure I did not forget the simple things and was able to add them to my order with ease. Mike at the Pro Desk was very prompt in getting my order together and as usual, having dealt with him on other projects in the past, my experience was flawless. Thank you Mike!

Give employees working the front end today. No one could be bothered with any form of customer service. One talking about NYRA bet cards, two doing some sort of returns and two in self check out with their faces in their phones.

I worked with a wonderful Design Consultant in Kitchen and Bath (Chuck) and then flooring department (Joe) and both were extremely knowledgeable on product to help me accomplish the job. So glad to live near a wonderful resource that helps the home handman/lady.

The employees were both nice and informative. I had both my young daughters with me and they were patient and helpful.

Everyone in this store is very nice and helpful. One of the cashiers has really gone out of her way to help me on numerous times I’ve shopped. I wish all Home Depots had cashiers as sweet as Kadesha!!! I’ll be back for more lol

I bought some gloss Rust-Oleum spray paint a gloss black and the other was a light blue gloss I don't know the specific name of the blue but the black one didn't come out as perfect as the gloss blue for some reason. The gloss black looked like a flat black when the gloss blue looked exactly like the cap indicator of the spray can

At Home Depot in Saratoga I walked in an electrical aisle found a Home Depot representative telling a customer that the speaker wire was 88 cents a foot in that lamp wire could be used as speaker wire. Which is laughable. But that's not the reason I'm writing this review. I'm writing this review because when I found the representative I asked him if after he was done helping this guy if he could get some wire behind a cage for me I locked cage. He said yeah there's quite a long line. Within 5 minutes of gentleman that works for Home Depot walking unlock the cage to get the customer he was helping some lamp wire. While the customer is checking out the product I asked the gentleman that works for Home Depot if you would be so kind to open the cage next to that cage to pull out some 14-2 Romex for me. He said he will do it in a minute he has to walk it up to the register. The customer he was helping said wait you have to walk this up to the register for me? The Home Depot guy said no not for you. Then the Home Depot guy said I'll walk it up and put it behind customer service desk. I said okay can you leave it with the self checkout people like they usually do cuz the customer service desk is always a huge line he says we got to carry it to the service desk. I said okay anyway I paid for this stuff I had in my hands currently and walked back at the store and waited and waited. Finally this man comes strolling up through talking to every person that he passes that works for Home Depot on his way up and he hands it puts it behind the desk at customer service and then I get in line behind four people who have the toughest issues that there is in Home Depot because they took forever. And I paid for my product and I left. My whole entire trip took 44 minutes to get three products and wire. About 30 extra minutes just for the wire. Not only did the representative demon okay to let somebody else get some wire out of a locked cage and walk with it. He told me he had to walk mine up because I'm different than the other guy supposedly. I've never been embarrassed in a Home Depot before but today I was accused of stealing from Home Depot because I wanted some wire and the other gentleman that was getting wire didn't look like somebody who would steal. I'm at Home Depot every single day I have never stolen one thing. Today Home Depot embarrass me.

bought my new grill and the front end customer service people were awesome

I had placed any online order and when I went to the store to pick it up there was no record of it. The customer service employee was so helpful with issue and it was resolved without any difficulty and was able to leave the store very satisfied.

My go to store for small to medium jobs in the Saratoga area. The personnel in the store are either experts or know who in the store is and are willing to share. They have provided me with many viable alternatives to my original plans.

After a negative experience with a competitor while trying to purchase the same item, this location and employee (Sean Seeley) made all the difference. Price was right,we were treated well and are totally satisfied.

Store associate Nancy helped me when I really needed a hand shopping alone with two little kids. Her kindness and patience made what could have been a very frustrating experience, a good one. Shows what a difference kindness makes to a customer, especially a parent trying to get something done with little kids ☺️!

Staffer Aiden assisted in locating pressure treated wooden porch stair treads, had to employ a fork lift to access them, and remained consistently enthusiastic and helpful.

Entered the Garden Center was greeted and asked immediately is they could help. Helped load a heavy bag of Top Soil and 3 very heavy bags of Marble Chips with aide of other team members who offered help without being asked.

Needed to return an item 4 employees standing around talking at the counter, ignoring me No department employees around anywhere except up front at 8PM on Wednesday, went to front to try to get someone to cut carpet off the roll, was told only person who could do it was assembling a lawn mower and would be at least a half hour before they could help me. left the store

The ap is easy to use and picking it up was amazing! Great Staff. Greeted by Michelle L. at the service counter and had an overall great experience
