I moved here from Alaska recently. The store in Kenai, Ak employees greeted you upon entering and had plenty of employees on the spots around store to assist you on finding items and answering questions. This store needs more employees on the floor to assist customers. You have to hunt them down, if you are lucky enough to find one, and they don't always be able to answer your questions.

Installation service is a complete rip off I can’t believe Home Depot would allow their customers to be taken advantage of like this. I used to enjoy shopping here but I will never return. Just to sum it up quickly how can you justify letting your installer charge over $500 to install a $400 water heater simple installation That took less than two hours. I thought Home Depot was better than this don’t mind people making money for service But ripping people off in a time of stress it’s something I’ll never understand and Home Depot allows it I will carry my business elsewhere from now on

I USE THIS LOCAL HOME DEPOT VERY MUCH...AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL... THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME SINCE I'M ON DISABILITY WITH A BAD BACK AND I CANNOT STAND OR WALK FOR ANY LONG PERIOD OF TIME... MUCH THANKS FROM THIS OLD GUY....!!!!!!!!

DeLisa, Shelia, and Casey provided exceptional customer service in completing a purchase of Trex decking. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to verify items in stock.

The associate Mikey went over and beyond. To help and to walk me where the products were I was needing, not just point and say daah daah. And you are left searching for the product, he turned a disaster into a smile. Cashier was very nice. Store was clean inside and out.

Clean store, but terrible service! The employee made sure to maintain his condescending tone and belittle us as we tried to solve a plumbing problem. Congrats to him for being in the plumbing industry for a lifetime, but knowledge does not equal good service. There was also a disappointing selection of modern finishes in plumbing.

We had gone to Lowe’s in Ft. Payne, AL to purchase a refrigerator but no one would help us. Checked Home Depot online and found what we wanted and it was on sale! We drove to Scotsboro, Al to look and the man who works in the Appliance Dept was amazing. He took time, he was pleasant, he explained the costs. We bought the refrigerator. We will go back to this Home Depot again. The store was well stocked. The employees friendly. Special thanks to the man who sold us the refrigerator.

The associates are very knowledgeable and courteous when I shop Hope Depot for my personal and business needs. The selections are exceed expectations and the quality of products offered and superior to others.

it is on rear occasion that I am unable to find the items I am looking for at my Home depot store in Scottsboro Al I am also pleased that Home depot recognizes military personnel with a discount... Think you for your support...

Store was very cooperative to reserve inflator until I could drive and pick it up.

My option is Chattanooga or Scottsboro, I take the ride to Scottsboro. There are a lot of stores and less traffic.

I went to Home Depot to compare prices on a washer, and ended up buying a washer on the spot. Very good service and a good deal. I went to the appliance dept. and immediately found what I was looking for. The sales clerk was Johnny on the spot and was very helpful. the store was well organized and clean, and all associates were helpful and friendly

The associates we’re helpful and courteous.

This is a wonderful HD. You have access to all of the Big Box products and you also get that small town vibe. Employees and fellow customers are all very, very nice. They know that the next time you see them might be at church, at a wedding, high school sporting event or even at your place of work. People being good citizens and good to one another. It really is a pleasant experience!

Customer service desk is great. But if you need assistance inside the store, good luck with that.

The signs at the door say that masks are required, for which I am thankful. However, a very rude employee who was trying to "help" me at the self checkout had her face less than 12" from mine without a mask on and became annoyed with me when I asked if she would please step back. Instead of doing as I asked, she began throwing my purchases into a bag, even though I hadn't finished scanning everything. (Ironically, I couldn't step back because I was cornered in a plexiglass enclosure installed to help separate people and keep them safe) I told her I wasn't finished and she grunted and walked off. It all comes down to management.

Josh in appliances went above and beyond!!! Will definitely be back for the remainder of my kitchen remodel appliances!

The guy that “had“ to cut my plywood was very rude to me. Other than that, the other employees were very friendly and helpful.

Shelia and DeLisa were amazing. They exemplify what true customer service is all about. If you are building a house these two ladies are the best.

The cashier was extremely friendly and efficient. Customer assistance on the floor was very much lacking. Had we been at least approached by an associate for assistance with our purchase the overall rating could have been better. No one even offered to help us load the lawnmower we purchased. The store was cluttered with carts and buggies in the main aisles making it difficult to get through.
