I ALWAYS GO TO HOME DEPOT WHEN I NEED THINGS FOR THE HOME.. HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS. EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.

Seneca Home depot is a clean, well stocked store with friendly and knowledgeable employees. I have shopped there for several years and always have been satisfied with their products and service. I have purchased floor covering, appliances, paint, tools, lumber, grills, roofing, plants, and pool supplies over the years. Great store!

I have never been so unsatisfied. This store continuously lied about when I would get the flooring I ordered that was far from cheap. They did not communicate with me at all when delivery dates changed 4 and 5 times. When it finally got delivered 3 weeks later it was in multiple deliveries, they didn’t tell me they were delivering it that day so it had to rescheduled AGAIN and then they ordered the wrong parts so the contractor couldn’t finish.

This store is managed extremely well. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Mulch loaders were friendly and helpful.

The Cashier Mary was very friendly and efficient; the paint associate Buddy was very helpful and also efficient.

The Seneca Home Depot is awesome. The sales personnel are extremely knowledgeable of the items in the store, and so courteous. They will even walk you to the location if needed. The store is clean and friendly.

On a Saturday afternoon in the middle of July, y'all really need to have more than one register open and one person at the front end customer service. Love the store really hating the service.

Smaller store. Lots friendly people work there. Manager Jeremy was very helpful. Cashier Kelley was very nice and offered loading assistance if I needed it.

This store is my favorite place to shop for all my home improvement needs.

The employees keep there word and helpful the 3 times we have been there

I have shopped at this store since 2002 and love the prices for all I need. And will be back in a day or next for another job I want to do fast before the forth. So now just keep on doing what you do to help anyone that comes in. Paul

Seneca store 1130 is the best, l always find what l am looking for or they order it for me. The employees are always helpful and polite. I give this store a A+++++

Nice helpful people make a difference when there are so many items to find and ensure the quality and selection of the lumber needed is very good. Had another great experience getting what i needed quickly at the Seneca Home Depot...Thank you again!

People are nice but they have one thing they should change they should let customers have items shipped to the store and not let a few bad customers set the standard for all.

Be careful when the online store says an item is in stock. It may not be, even if the store computer says it is in stock. The store personnel say that the computer is wrong all the time. Any problem, ask for Leon, an assistant manager. He knows how to get things done.

Always clean. Employees are always helpful. Great store.

Trying to build a wheelchair ramp, vinyl railing should have been in stock according to web site, there was none to be found by me ,or associate

Savanna and Travis was EXTREMELY helpful. Several times I’ve walked out upset that I didn’t get any help etc. These two changed my shopping experience. They work in that outdoor center where the plants are. Ask for them if you want any kind of valued customer experience! God bless!
