Teresa was very rude and shouldn't be let within 100 yrds of a customer

I've got a hot water heater and AC/Heating installed by Home Depot professionally with no problems at all. Both working after 6 years.

The employees don't really seem to care about helping you. I asked for help because I had questions about a product. All I got was the employee walked over to the item, pointed and walked off.

kind of chuckle when i see SO MANY emplyees who have obviously retired from regular 40 hour jobs. WOndering if they need extra bucks for medical stuff....are bored at home....or have been given marching orders by spouses to FIND SOMETHING TO DO....or else.

This Home Depot seems to be more professional and much cleaner and put together than the others in our area and I’ve been to most in our area

Wayne, the supervisor for the garden area, was extremely helpful!!! Helped me all over the store multiple times!

Employees are always happy to assist every time I visit this particular Home Depot location and I often need their expert advice or suggestions.

I think this store is very nice, however, it seems sad that over the years management has not been able to hold onto the great associates. I miss the old faces when I go in there. Retail just isn't the same and this store as nice as it is, is not what it use to be. Sad to see that either the company or the management has not been able to hold on to the great associates they once had. I love Home Depot but am very sad at the direction they seem to be taking.

I bought 80lb bags of cement and they loaded them in my truck for me, and were very polite.

Staff is friendly helpful and professional. The store is superior and it's organization and spotless.

Looked on Google for my odd thing. Homedepot positioned first as having it. Bought my odd thing and saw light bulbs on sale.

If you need any assistance or information about lawn mowers, ask for Logan. If you want to ensure you have all the information you need about a purchase, payment options, or warranties, ask for Garrett. I'm sure others may be able to assist as well but these two go above and beyond. Neat and clean store with a very friendly atmosphere.

Garrett provides excellent customer service. He is always knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and very helpful. I wish there were more people like him.

Garden manager, Wayne Young, was very helpful and respectful. He knows his job and the customer service was outstanding.

Since the fire we have been looking forward to the re-opening.

I bought a Bluetooth speaker for my husband.

I had several items which I needed help licated along with needing help at self checkout counter and at each time received help promptly. Pat and Checkout area was especially kind and cheerful in getting my checkout done!done!

I've been to the store a few times. Friendly staff and well stocked. Easy to find items. I like knowing the aisle and bay number when locating an obscure item.

My husband, I frequently shop at this Home Depot location and have no issues when we purchase small items but we noticed today that we experienced prejudice. We went in today, purchasing a new lawnmower, and some equipment for it, as well as a fan, and every employee that came up to us was very friendly before and asked us if we needed any help. very good experience up until we got to the self check out immediately when we got into the self check out the elderly woman working noticed my husband who is a Hispanic male with tattoos and called over another employee who took us to a lane, and started ringing out our items for us… I noticed that nobody else that was around us, was having anybody help them ring out their items. He then asked us if we wanted to open a credit card I told him no and I assumed he was going to grab the smaller items and put them into bags but instead he just walked away, but stood right behind us, watching me as I was putting in my card. The purchase was close to $500 so I needed to move money from my bank accounts. I noticed, then the elderly lady that was working the self check out area came over and stood next to the man watching. I’m not sure if it was to see if we were actually going to purchase it or what. After I finished the transaction and got my receipt I turned around to them still watching so I held up my receipt and said I paid for it so here’s the receipt and I noticed a dispersed after that. I purchase multiple large items from Home Depot before and every time they’ve always asked me if I needed help out to my vehicle and this is one of those times that I’ve never asked. This will make me think twice about going here and maybe just going to Lowe’s instead. Be careful everyone

Front in self service area cashier, Pat D, was very helpful.

I was able to buy a discounted item in flooring with the help of three associates and a lady from Bruce flooring. The sales associates were very patient and helpful.

This is what "Outstanding Customer Service" looks like: Entering my Shawnee Home Depot, I was greeted by a young man named Robert. Robert works in the Garden Department. He saw that I had my laptop's copy of Scotts Color Advantage Black Mulch. He suggested for me to go the the cashier and he would find and load the product that I wanted so I would not have to walk all the way back to where the mulch was located. He met me with the product, I was rung up and he proceeded to follow me to my car. He carefully made sure to load the packages within the tarp that I laid out and thanked me for shopping at the Home Depot. The next day, I entered the Shawnee Home Depot and again was immediately greeted and was asked if I needed help. I asked to speak to the store manager. Mike Kranzler approached me and asked how he could be of service. First, I wanted to congratulate him on the great customer service I was receiving at his store. I congratulated him on his hiring of Robert, and how Robert was the example of the type of of customer service I encountered at his store. I also explained that I had a problem with 2 of the four bags of mulch that I had purchased. After I had begun spreading the mulch, I found white mold. He asked how he could help, I was not about to rake up the mulch, but if he could give me a discount on the purchase of two more bags, it would be appreciated. Mike grabbed a cart, walked me to the mulch and gave me the mulch free of cost. WOW! You do know that as soon as I returned home to my neighborhood, I told everyone where to buy their mulch, and the same great customer service that we had received prior to the fire at the Shawnee Home Depot. was still being offered. The next week, I noticed that some of my neighbors have already purchased the Scott's Mulch. (The Home Depot is the only store offering Scotts.) Thank you for your continued great customer service at the Shawnee Home Depot. Oh, did I mention, I am 83 years young!.

Stacey was super helpful at the customer service desk. I had a pro transaction, but the pro desk was closed. She helped me get checked out even though she wasn't familiar with the corporate account process. Thanks for being so helpful!

Employee refused to even look at competing retailers price. Told me I had to sign up for a credit card if I wanted to save money.

I shop Home Depot for the fact that they give me a Vet discount but also at this store the Employees have always been great to deal with here and 95% of the time they know what I am talking about and normally the other 5% is due to the fact that what I am asking about I don't have all the Info I needed.
