People very helpful and nice

If I could give Paul in appliances 0 stars I would. Never left his chair to try to help us answer questions on different dishwashers we had. Lazy old man.

I’ve decided to avoid this store. Always thinking I will give it another try but time-after-time I am disappointed. I either can’t get to an isle because it’s blocked with stock being staged or completely closed off- sometimes feel pressured by impatient stock employees holding their flags to get out of the way so stock truck can enter the isle. Electrical products are very limited - Northpointe store has more. Couple other products I was looking for were also out of stock. This mornings trip was very unproductive once again. I should have stuck to my original plan to go to the Utica store.

We worked with Jason here at Home Depot, and he did an awesome job helping us fulfill our needs.

It would be nice if you do home deliveries

Bought some plywood and was helped greatly by Ray on 3-24-23.

We just went to Home Depot and needed assistance with tiles and someone came. Also check out we were offered money off our purchase if we opened an account. Saved a bunch of money.

Clerks seem to have little training. ( can't offer more info than is written on package.) When you have a problem, not good customer service.

I recently purchased an appliance, a dryer, to be specific. The employees at this location were very helpful, kind and patient and seems as if they actually care about their customers

Staff were friendly courteous and receptive to my questions and were able to swiftly guide me through my purchases.

My cashier Rachael did a phenomenal job in showing genuine care and concern about my finding everything I needed for my project at home, and was able to make sure that I had everything I needed, even when I couldn't locate the items myself. Awesome job by her. Much appreciated

This store was very clean and organized. The employees were friendly and helpful finding items that I needed. I would strongly recommend this store for all your home needs.

Bought multiple bags of mulch at the cashiers desk instead of lugging them from the back of the nursery section with my toddler in tow. Only to have to wait and actively search for someone to load them from the mulch wall area. Got sick of waiting and just loaded them all myself.

I was shopping and left my coupon home. Customer sevice said just bring it with the receipt and my bill will reflect the discount on the coupon. Great service with listening to a problem.

I always like going here. Never had a thing to ever complain about. People are always there for you.

Very sorry to give this review, but it was WELL DESERVED. Ordered two chandeliers for a kitchen project in-store, and the Lighting Department folks were completely clueless. From the initial order, to working with the store's manager and customer service, it took more than a dozen phone calls and two in-store visits to finally get corporate to cancel the order (after wasting 1.5 months of my time and ruining my kitchen project). Painfully obvious that this store lacks competent sales and customer service folks, and the manager is just phoning it in. Try another store if you're looking for a decent supply Partner.

Most of the employees go above and beyond to help customers! I highly recommend this business.
