Shelby Township Home Depot always provides great customer service. I had a fantastic experience with a fine employee, Maddy C. at the Customer Service Department. Maddy was very polite, professional, and efficient. It is people such as Maddy C. that make shopping at this Home Depot great!

I came in the Shelby Township Home Depot location at around 7:24 p.m. I was greeted by an employee by the name of Paris. He made my shopping experience effortless. I needed a dehumidifier and without hesitation he placed it in my shopping cart. He also showed me another model but mentioned the one I was going to purchase was a good choice. Thomas was also very helpful with my checkout and professional!! Keep up the good work!!

Was very impressed with this store! I know most stores are under staffed but every person in this store was friendly, offered to help and had a smile on their face. Quite refreshing! I think it could be attributed to the manager Rodney, who I contacted after having problems with the Harper Woods store. Rodney explained everything and when I arrived at the store everything was set up and I was out the door. Really a well run store!

Majority of employees at the 2758 location often seem to be in a foul mood In a shopping plaza that is difficult for vehicles to enter/exit the parking area Parking lot often very full and spots are only available far from the doors

I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED GOING TO THIS HOME DEPOT, EVER SINCE IT OPENED. GREAT EMPLOYEES (FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALMOST ALWAYS HAD HE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR AND/OR SOMETHING BETTER.

As usual, an employee greeted me, another saw me looking at items on the shelves, then asked me if he could help, which he did, and then showed me a savings on a contractor pack of valves. This is why I come here, it is always this way!

Received a gift card form our daughter to purchase a stove. No stoves in stock and no estimated time of one would be available. Very disappointed.
