David and Marcus in appliances are so kind and helpful. I would recommend either to help decide on an appliance. They were honest with me and helped me make the best choice for what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

they where friendly but there was not enough workers on the floor some times you have to walk around to find some for help

Lisa, from the very beginning, as soon as I walked in the store she greeted me, and then when I was checking out, she noticed one of the items I was purchasing was damaged and save me the trouble of coming back later to exchange it. She save me time and money. It’s people like Lisa that keep people like me coming back.

The employees that I passed through out the store were not friendly. I especially didn’t like the fact I couldn’t find a person to help me in the department I was in.

In Sherman, the land where customer service goes to die, Jason at Home Depot is a shining beacon of hope. Yeah, really. We were in the market for a new blade for our Craftsman lawn mower (and were supposed to be going to the competitor across the highway). I wanted to swing by Home Depot to see if they had the Toro mower I was interested in. They didn't have one on the floor, and we were about to give up and just go get the blade when Jason asked if we needed help. He scanned the bar code and realized two had just come in on the truck. He found them, grabbed a forklift driver, and we walked out with 472 fewer dollars in our pocket. Well done, Jason.

This store has friendly and knowledgeable associates. There is always someone nearby to help with any needs you may have. I have always been able to find what I am looking for, the store is stocked very well.

The Sherman store is the most friendliest home depo. So many employees are so helpful and so knowledgeable. With me being a girl I need all the help I can get in there.

I’m at this store at least 10 times a week. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. All the products are easy to find and easy to get to. This store is the most pleasant store I’ve ever been in.

This store needs several more lumber carts.During my last several trips to Home Depot there has not been a lumber cart available. Please look into this and advise.

This location is the closest to where I’ve been working, but there are a number of stores I could choose. This store seems to be stocked well, has plenty of employees and the cashier I see regularly is Lisa. She is always very pleasant and efficient.
