Customer Service was fantastic!

I went this home depot last week to purchase some home essentials items there employee really help me to found the items and I really appreciate with there good attitude.

I visit this store mutiple times in a month. I'm a handy person and so this Home Depot close to my home is may frequent shopping place to make updates inside my home. I find everything that I need here and with competitive pricing. I find all the employees are pleasant and go above and beyond to help the customers. I made friends with many of them as I visit often. Overall, a great place to shop for home improvements.

From the PRO Desk, paint, hardware, plumbing, electrical, lumber, tool rental, cashiers, customer service to janitorial, Great team! Nobody is perfect but the folks at the Home Depot work hard and build relationships with their clients. Two thumbs up.

GREAT LOCATION WITH FRIENDLY STAFF

We shop here due to the location by our house however very few of the employees are helpful. Many do not know where things are located, the basic differences in paint and will not assist us with military discount issues. Not sure if it’s lack of training or what, but it’s almost never a positive experience. Also no Apple Pay, which is inconvenient.

This store had everything I needed when I walked into the store and a huge variety of options to choose from at great prices. The sales associates were very helpful in assisting me with finding items that I was to purchase, and the specific aisles they were located on. This store was also very organized and clean.

Shrewsbury MA store does not maintain their electric shopping carts. They die mid trip.

Help cart loading and vehicle loading product. Associate was very caring and positive attitude. Excellent product knowledge. Really appreciated that he was prior military.

I've always come away with the items I've needed. One stop shopping for my home improvement needs.

The Shrewsbury Home Depot Was nicely designed and easy to shop. The Home Depot Team Members were polite, Courteous, Helpful and Professional. I would definitely suggest that You go there for Home Improvement Ideas and Products.

I needed help finding a holder that I can mount on my garage wall. When I inquired the employee took me to the merchandise that I needed. Also the employee monitoring the self checkout line explained how to go on the website and register as a veteran

My go to store is Home Depot in Shrewsbury, MA. Great people -always helpful and pleasant and genuinely interested to assist and solve your issue or answer questions.

I live closer to Auburn and Worcester stores but love the Shrewsbury store best.

The aisles are perfectly arranged and well spaced for ease and quick locating of what a customer is looking for. The price tags are prominently displayed making shopping a blitz.

Went to buy a snow blower and greg was very helpful with making sure we left with our purchase, also helped us load it in vehicle. He also received help from Paul to retrieve it from shelf overhead.

I had such of great experience today, Raphael and Michelle made my day easy and pleasant. The friendly and knowledgeable service. They are a truly asset to the Home Depot.

Terrible and rude Associates. They treat the customers based on the looks and don't offer help to asians. They don't care to wear mask and asked me to remove mask.They don't care the complaints also! Gave 1000s to this store for 7 years.Not buying this CRAP again!

Best Kitchen Designer I have ever worked with!

Everything I need is at Home Depot, from tools to plants to rentals. The people atre friendly and know where the item I am looking for is located.

Super-helpful employees, like Cathy in customer service and Nate the lot associate. Even the grumpy coworker we met lightened up a bit. Nate deserves a raise.

I was blown away yesterday that the only option to check out was the self-checkout kiosks. There were no cashiers on duty. To scan your items you are required to pick up and use the same scanner that countless other customers had used. Unlike a grocery store where you can simply hold up the item to a scanner you have to pick something up that has been repeatedly touched by others to scan your items here. That seems ridiculous and incredibly unsafe in these Covid times we are living through.

Wonderful experience

As I said in the survey, I was just paying by phone for this purchase. I go to many HomeDepots and I have found the Shresbury store to be the best managed.
