This store is the closest to my home and the people are great I have been to several Depots and this one seems to have more available people to answer questions

I usually find what I need there, but I have to rave about Robert and Lisa in the Tool Rental and Repair department. What wonderful, helpful people they are!

Hector in the garden center was beyond kind. He not only helped me and my mom select flowers for my dad’s memorial at the cemetery, he also planted them for us. What a great employee and great experience.

Just purchased new flooring at the Shrewsbury Home Depot. Our customer service representive in flooring was Nebal. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I will continue to shop at this store for my future home projects.

All departments associates are good however Paint section need some improvement as people working there are most of time shows attitude and not very helpful.

Home Depot needs to clone Hector. First he was very knowledgeable in determining which chain saw was appropriate for the job I had to complete. After its purchase, he was extremely helpful in helping me resolve the idle issue with my chain saw, even though others in another department didn't lift a finger to help me. And what is worse, it was a simple fix; I had to make sure the safety bar was in the correct position in order for the chain saw to idle. This information was not in the manual so I'm not sure I would have figured it out. He added a tremendous amount of value to my experience. Afterwards, he was instrumental in helping me determine what was needed for my lawn. I hope he doesn't have plans on leaving the Shrewsbury location any time soon - he's the person to ask for when you need help. He made my experience a 5 star rating.

Good Store

Associates on the floor have always been very helpful, helping me to find items I am seeking. Their inventory is so great that I often request assistance to find a particular item(s) instead of dedicating a lot of time to finding it on my own. Staff also often provides useful insight on other similar or related products which may also be of interest. I like this because home supplies are constantly evolving with new and better products coming out all the time that may interest me. What is most important to me is that staff is helpful, willing and wanting to help customers who don't know the store as well as they do. I have consistently found this at this store; staff immediately rises up to offer aid, which makes my shopping experience easier, which I like. Life is hectic enough; I like people and stores that make my life a little easier.

Store person are very kind and they helps me a lot to find the production which I am looking for. Over all much satisfied with store.

The worst service I’ve ever had at a Home Depot. I asked for help loading 25 large bags of soil into my truck and was told no there were only 25 bags and I could do it myself.

Three Employees where just standing around talking and when I asked for help they just pointed me in the direction I needed to go. When I got to that department three more employees where just standing around, so when I asked where I could find this product they just point into a direction. One of the three employees should have showed me exactly where the product was! Horrible customer service!!!!!

Always friendly and helpful... usually find what we need and good deals

I called looking for specific items and Claudette in lawn and garden was able to quickly locate and call me back to assure us they had the items and were getting them ready for us. When we arrived Neil was assisting her. Nepal at special services customer service assisted us in the sale. They were all very eager to be helpful. They were all very professional and all seemed to be part of one team.

I just reviewed a recent experience today Saturday 4/7/2018. Not perfect to start but ended well. Tool Rental associates were excellent. Helped me big time. Glen, Bob, Galen, Mark, Lisa and all. Also, when I was in the store Friday 4/6/2108 I talked to Jose in the appliance department. I'm looking for a new refrigerator and he took the time to look online and show me what was in the store. Looking for a 18-20 cube unit. He took me to the front of the store and showed me an 18 cube refrigerator that was declined b/c the customer wanted the door to open opposite of the way it was setup. At first I wanted black b/c of the other appliances I have are black, this was stainless steel. When I got home I was like -- does really matter if the price is reasonable, the refrig works as intended and I don't care which way the doors open.. So, I'll be back to chat with Jose. Associates in Hardware, Paint, Lumber, Electrical all good. I bought a chainsaw, potting soil, and garbage disposal this trip. I could have spent less on a garbage disposal but the associate explained all differences and benefits of the one I bought. Made sense, no pressure, just common sense.

John in the paint dept did an excellent job with swapping the incorrect gallon of paint with correct color. everyone at the customer service desk has done a great job with helping me with returns and exchanges and gone above and beyond with helping me out

This Home Depot is one of the best stores, I love to shop there cuz the employee are very knowledgeable and they know what they doing. I wanna mention that Nebal's is also the best employee can be everywhere and he can do everything. Great to meet him.

home depot is a easy shopping place. i can find the products easily. sometimes i wanted to ask help from assistance and they were nice and helped me. this store was clean and neat. store employs were friendly with customers.

I have enjoyed shopping at the Shrewsbury Home Depot for many years! Everyone is always helpful and many employees have become so friendly, the place feels like "home." Great job!!

Mary, in carpeting, is an EXCEPTIONAL employee. This was my third visit to this store as I was still undecided as to which carpeting would be best for my home. I explained what I was looking for and Mary took extra time to show me other carpeting colors and styles she thought would interest me. Once I decided, she had the price quote updated. She also had my HD credit card updated and my credit limit extended. Lastly, she arranged for the HD 24 month no interest payment plan. Thank you, Mary, so much for all of your help!
