Clean and good customer service

The sales cashier, Monique, was extremely helpful. Her personality was great and she really showed it in her demeanor. Hire more people like her. There was a young gentleman in a wheelchair there that sister me with ceramic tile. He was very informative snd helpful. I didn’t get his name but he was a black guy in a wheelchair. Employees like this do make a difference. Thanks.

I ordered my appliance bundle, after waiting for more than 3 months, they had to cancel my stove and I’m still waiting (4+ months) for Home Depot to resolve my situation, nobody has called me or inform me about my situation, every time I call, they put me on hold and nobody answer, last time I was in hold for 23 minutes....just unacceptable....

The store is clean, employees are very courteous, friendly, and professional. Always has sufficient supplies which are easy to locate. This is my primary store for all supplies I need. Strongly recommended.

I would recommend the store. The park lot seemed spacious enough and the employees were helpful for the most part. The return merchandise courter person sent me to the wrong aisle. However, I found other workers on the floor that gave me better directions.

The employees in the different departments are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you find items or to put together a special project.

Ramar and Autumn at the online orders/returns registers are two employees who exemplified a high standard of customer service.They both did it with ease, and went the extra mile as if it were from the heart. I never sensed that I was a burden to either of them or that they had a dislike for their job. It was clear that their efforts were genuine. In such difficult times in our country, it gives me hope that kindness still exists in our relationships with one another. Please reward their efforts.These two make HD a better place to shop! I came to the store looking for duct tape and the associate Leslie told me where to find it but she didn’t send me straight there by myself she actually took me to the aisle and showed me where the products Afterwards she took me to the checkout area and helped me to check out Amazing customer service You need to hire more people like her

Fabian and Perez were great.

Employees do not appear to have sufficient training to even perform at the most basic level of competence. Customers seemed to be merely an annoyance to the employees when requested to help in any way. This store is also the only Home Depot I have ever not been given the Veteran's discount, even though I have it listed on my drivers license. I hope never to have to go to this store again.

Got to love employees that go above and beyond. I was in the paint section looking for some tan granite grip. The paint was not on the shelf, but i knew from the online inventory there were 7 in stock, i needed 3. The guys in paint were too busy to assist, so I found the granite grip on a pallet above the shelves, said on the inventory sign there were 4 cans. I found Thaine who grabbed another employee to fork lift the pallet down. After initial review of the pallet we couldn't see the "tan" granite grip I wanted, only a bunch of gray granite grip. The fork lift operator was insistent it that it wasn't in the store and wanted to return the pallet to the top; however Thaine had him put the pallet on the ground so her and I could look through it. After pulling a few cans off the top, low and behold on the second row were the 4 cans on the second row. While this did take a few minutes to bring down the pallet and got through it, Thaine's help saved me from running around trying to find it. Thank you Thaine.

This store is very well stocked and has a large staff of well informed and extremely nice employees. I highly recommend it!

The store has a well organized products in display and store employees are very helpful. However, it seems one employee provide support to 2-3 customers at the same time.

I always find what I am looking for. I look up items on line, locate the item Aisle and Row, and text it too me. Items are always easy to find so I can save time and be safe.
