I love the Pro Desk at my local Home Depot! Above and beyond everytime!!

They have friendly employees who are very helpful and cordial. When no one else has what you are looking for, Home Depot usually has it or will order it for you, if carried.

Jess at customer service was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to help me find a specific product.

Always a painless experience whether it's an online order pickup, in store with or without assisted purchases and returns. Ms. Ethel is a love, friendly and taught me how to get more savings out of using my HD credit card!

I needed help finding special lights and Belinda and Roby helped out so much. Finally found them after a month!

Heather is an exceptional employee and needs to be recognized for her hard work, dedication and knowledge at the pro desk.

The employees we encountered at this store could barely be bothered to provide any assistance including at the checkout.

Usually when you go into a big box store, you're lucky to have someone greet you. Today, I was greeted by Richard in the Garden Center, and he was so helpful that I was in and out in a matter of minutes, which really counted because I was shopping on my lunch hour! Thank you, Richard, for taking the time and attention to my shopping needs!

I went to this Pro-Desk one afternoon Around 4 PM on a Monday afternoon. There were six associates in the Pro-Desk area and not a single one could do a quote that I needed for a job I had the very next day. I come to this particular store quite often. Maybe you should ask the Pro Supervisor, who was not there either, where are your associates?
