An employee walked around with me and helped me find exactly was I was looking for, even looking I’d multiple different locations

Five staff members of the Smithfield store went out of their way to assist me in locating a hard to find item.

After a slightly bumpy start to my visit to order decking materials, Tira at the Customer Service desk took the reins and helped me through the ordering and transaction process, making it almost effortless. Hooray for Tira! Give her a raise &/or bonus!

We had a problem with the water last night. No water. I went to Home depo this am and found exactly what I needed to fix my water problem. Now I have water.

Almost every plant was dried up and dead.

I bought a new sit down tractor to cut my lawn a few months ago. I love it.

I could only give 5 stars....I would have given 10. Unbelievable customer service, knowledgeable staff and so kind. I walked in knowing jack....walked out confident. Ty lori!! As well as Craig and Casey:)

I found exactly what i was looking for, with the help of a very knowledgeable associate in the tool dept. And the cashier was very knowledgeable about the local area.

I was a little worried going into such a large store but the cashier, Tabetha was super helpful in telling me exactly where I needed to go. Then when it came time to check out she was so fast I didn't even have time to take out my debit card before she finished.

Wow just when I’ve had it with this era’s style with customer service being crap, the fast food lines are longer and take longer just to get trash because no one cares anymore. Well Lisa is a breathe of fresh air. She sets the standards and bar very high. Someone will certainly scoop her up and pay her very well for all these years of amazing top notch service. Specially since it’s dead and gone going into 2022

Hailey at store #4282 Smithfield was awsome. She was very helpful and quite pleasant.

Stock the items where they belong so when you go cash out your not surprised at the price at the end of your trip at Home Depot.

The ladies at Customer Service were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Someone also helped us find exactly what we were looking for in the store. Now, I will point out that we went very early on a weekday when it was not busy and we got what we needed and the help we needed fast.

The Customer Service associate, Joan, went out of her way to help with a holiday gift. She was not only nice, she went above and beyond.

Clean, well run and many associates willing to help with any of your shopping needs.

I have done many home improvements such as painting, tile floors, had rugs installed. I have been very satisfied with all the help from the staff.

The store was immaculate and well stocked and the employees were very helpful.

Went in to purchase granite counters as my family members recommended because they a good a experience. While the person was very nice, he had no idea of the process. I picked out my counters and paid. Person could not give me any answers about the sink and stated I have to wait till the person calling me goes over all that with me. Very frustrating as I made an in person purchase feeling like I made an online purchase. I have my fingers crossed I get what I want. Depending on what the person calling states I may just cancel my purchase because I feel so uncomfortable with the process there.

The manager Hiracham and sale person Robin were both friendly and accommodating in resolving an issue I had. Thank you for making it right.

Joyce is excellent. Personable, helpful and just a very nice person. Found everything I was looking for.

I found this store clean and the people were helpful, just had a long wait to get help, in flooring, but the clerks were busy. I did finally get what I needed to tile my shower.

Much nicer store than Johnston or Providence. Criminals and scumbags rarely go in this store because they really really really stand out here and its easy to spot them stealing. Keep up the good work Smithfield. Keep the rats away.

The garden center had some beautiful plants. I was, however, very annoyed shopping in the store and garden center due to the barking dogs. One customer tied his dog to his cart and walked away for a short time. That dog could have bitten someone. People have allergies, also. Please reconsider this policy.
