I recently purchased a "NEW" John Deere riding mower from this location. I was told by the associate that they had plenty of inventory and would be sending me a new unit that is still in the box. When the mower arrived it was obviously the floor model. It was very dirty and it still had the sales labels on it. They could have at least washed it before putting it back in the box. When I paid $2K plus for something new, I expect it to be just that.

This store and its staff have served me and my family very well for 20+ years. Product availability is usually very good. On the rare occasion I have an issue, the management team there is very responsive and effective. As example, I visited the store yesterday very frustrated with a Ryobi repair issue I was struggling with on a 18V Trimmer I bought in Jun-23. Although very busy, Dutch, the Store Manager. Although busy, he listened, understood, empathized, took action to help craft a solution to meet my needs. He went above and beyond! Much appreciated. TY!

There were three employees I interacted with- 2 were breathtakingly rude to me. I’ve never had that kind of reception in a store. I don’t know if they are mean to black people in specific or just awful to everyone. Either way, do not recommend.

Staff isn't knowledgeable. Different associates from different departments not helpful. No one around, can't supply answer or assistance.

I am a 76 year old female and I would like to commend the staff at the South Canton Home Depot for treating me respectfully and always helping me find exactly what aisle and bin I need.

When I go to the South Canton Home Depot, I am always pleasantly surprised at the level of service. That is important to me.

We were shopping for vinyl plank flooring for a closet. Looking for sales and we were greeted by Maile. We explained what we were looking for and she started helping us find flooring. As we talked more to her about the color and that we only needed two boxes, she remembered seeing some on clearance but the boxes were several isles down. We found better quality flooring than what was on sale as the color was discontinued and they had two boxes. Awesome help and the flooring worked out perfect.

I have been working on a bathroom project and have been in and out of the store many times in the last few weeks. Someone always happy to help me and answer my questions. Very clean store and good employees.

Thanks for checking out items before I arrived back with items I forgot to grab. It made the checkout quick when I returned back to the line.

There were 2 very identical type of moldings. None had barcodes and the cashier couldn’t read the printed item number. Walked back and charged me for the more expensive type. I tried to explain the type I had and wouldn’t listen. I paid because there was a line and she simply said if want to return the items go to customer service. Manager helped me out but very inconvenient to have waste an extra 30 minutes because believes they know everything.

Jon,Collin and Maria are Super Stars! If your trying to run a business they make it seamless at this location! I recommend them everyday of the week I wish they worked more hours!

I visited Home Depot today with my two year old and was pleasantly surprised to find kid carts available to make shopping with my little one a lot easier. The staff was friendly and helpful in guiding me to the bee repellent that I was looking for. Additionally, I stumbled upon a beautiful flower that I purchased for Mother's Day - a great find! Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great products and a family-friendly shopping experience.

The employees that work the floor and self checkout are very friendly. However the customer service staff are consistently short with you, rude, and often ignore you when you’re in line. I have had several bad experiences with the customer service staff and I will be making my returns at another location due to this.

You hire people who don't have real knowledge of the departments they work in. Maybe because their never in the area they are supposed to be.
