Lumber not is stock. And when you do find it, hopefully you had retrieved a cart from the parking lot before going into store. Otherwise you get to go out find one and then wait in line to get back into store.

The cashier William was warm and friendly during a moment of crises. I found it to be the best experience because he was patient and helpful. More people and stores should have people like this for customer interaction.

Everyone here is always helpful when I'm shopping.

You NAILED IT, HOME DEPOT!

I am contractor and have spent a great deal of time and money at this location. The Pro Desk is excellent! I always make it a point to stop by and say hi. They are knowledgeable but also fun and I feel like they are my friends. I never have to work hard at finding what I need because they are always ready and willing to help. The store managers have made a special point to get to know me and my company so I never lack for the things I need.

Because of Angela's help, I would highly recommend this store!

I am very sorry i was satisfied with our visit i must have read the question wrong. We have been shopping there for years the only problem we have is there is only 1 register open all the rest are self check outs. We do not like those. You do not need to contact me.

The store layout is easy to navigate the associates are friendly and go out of there way to help you plus the store is usually neat and clean. The items I shop for are usually in stock.

Went in in a pinch looking for specific items. Black Friday, crazy busy day and yet there was plenty of help available and I was able to get what I needed and get back to work quickly.

I stopped into the store about a month ago and had a great experience with someone named Chris. Very nice, knowledgeable and truly wanted to help me. As we are finishing up our addition this week, I had a major issue that I needed help with. When I asked to speak with a manager again, Chris shown up again. (I had no idea he was the manager) and yet again he was amazing, truly helpful and solved my issue very quickly. I will seek him out if I need anything.

AS A FORMER EMPLOYEE, I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INVENTORY.

If your are going to purchase carpeting, don't bother. They promise an installation date, don't show up. When you call to find out when they will be arriving, they move installation date back another week or 2. No apology or compensation for lost time at work sitting around waiting for them.

Love the stellar customer service this particular Home Depot always provides!

Every time I come to the store I am greeted by someone who works here and am asked if I need help. It is appreciated, especially since alot of the time I might not have the time to spare to look or I dont know where things are. Also, the isles are labeled and are spacious enough to fit through with my cart; which is helpful especially when having kids with me.

I love this Home Depot store always very friendly to me and my Beagle that shops often with me! They are never out of whatever product I’m looking for in the store is always clean many thanks to all that help run the store! A wonderful customer experience always!

Store is always clean and items in stock. I go frequently as redoing my home and staff is always willing to help, help me use a coupon on my phone, and see how to redo item differently if I am seeking a more streamlined approach to my 1951 house.

The guys at the Pro Desk make this store my favorite supplier for our business. They are the best!
