The store has very friendly people but just not enough people to help you when you need someone

Glen in the plumbing section did a great job! He was patient with my explanation of my problem and my inexperienced questions about plumbing. He got me everything I needed. He was great!

Don’t shop here! They sold my order after telling me it was ready to be picked up!

I had the best experience with this chap from Bangladesh named Sham. I found myself thinking of more and more things to buy just because I appreciated my customer experience so much. I felt like I had my own personal shopper. Thanks again Sham!

Curbside pickup is a joke at this store. The orders don't get filled for days and only then if you call to follow up. When you arrive to pick up the order, instructions are to call a phone number and say "curbside pickup," which transfers you to a line that is rarely answered. I had to call at least 5 times and let the phone ring 10-15 times before someone answered. The person who checked my ID--from just a couple of feet away from my car window--was not wearing a mask. She said she "chose not to." Since customers doing curbside pickup are probably opting for this to lower their risk, staff who help them should be wearing masks and maybe gloves too. Any store that is not requiring staff to wear masks when they interact with the public is not getting my business anymore.

Your curbside pickup service is a joke. Every time I call for the service it just rings forever. I'm then forced to stand in line outside your store just to get in. What was supposed to be a 10 minute trip to the store to pickup a convenient (HA!) online order on my lunch break turned into an hour trip.

Despite health directive concerning employees and customers wearing masks, numerous employees and customers did not have their faces covered. I won’t be returning!!!

Terrible curbside pickup service & the order was not complete even though I was charged for the complete order. I waited over 20 minutes and the employees did not wear any masks or gloves.

Clean and adequately supplied.

While they have some wonderful employees I deal with, Crystal and several other employees are great, the Behr Rep today was not really concerned about making sure I had the product I needed. This my first experience with a Behr Rep that was this bad. I asked for a manager 3 times, I wasted at least 30 minutes today.

I received great service one hour before closing. First I called. He confired they had the part then met him, Bryan, there who helped me with finding it and it's attachments. It wasn't even his department!

People at the Pro Desk are very helpful every time we need them.

I have seen employee standing talk to each other about nonsense while customer need help and the employee would stand their and watch. customer service reps have called people a lie when someone said the bought something and a manger had to be called and the manger fines the item along with proof of purchase.

The associates make every visit special. I moved to Saint Louis from rural Maine two months ago. Being able to walk to Home Depot in 10 minutes, rather than drive 40 miles, makes me happy. I have been 3 times in the past couple weeks for various things to halp me get my new home "put together". Not only do the employees walk me to the location when I can't find something, they also ask what I'm working on and offer advice so I don't make costly mistakes or have a more difficult time with a tricky project. For instance, a lady whose name I didn't get but who was bringing in pallets of lovely potted palms this week while I was picking out a new plant in the store. I glanced down to the palm pots and remarked "Are those under $20??" I said I'd love to have one but am going away for 3 weeks in December. She said, "Don't buy one today". She explained it would not be the kind of plant I can leave that long. When I suggested they might be all gone when I get back, she said, "We will find one for you, don't worry.". I could go on and on. The employee in the nails and fasteners Isle had a line of people asking questions and waiting patiently for answers. I was happy to wait too because listening to everyone else's projects and his answers gave me great information I may need myself one day. I nearly purchased the wrong thing for hanging art on my plaster walls. He explained how what I thought was the right screws would only tear up the plaster. I like this store for the very friendly employees. When the window shrink kits for my size windows were out of stock last week, when I went in on Sunday and the Pro desk was not manned that day. So a clerk checked all the spots in the store where there might be some and then looked up the product on her phone so I would know when they would be restocked. I went back yesterday and got some. It's November and "you-know-what" is coming. Didn't want to miss out on the supply a second time so it was great to know when I should return to the store. Oh yeah, the 3 little plants I purchased on sale when I arrived in Saint Louis, are thriving. I'll be back.

stay away if you need any special help. terrible customer service. incompetent delivery service.they left me waiting for 12 hours for a delivery without calling to tell me they weren't delivering. i was 2 days trying to make a simple purchase and delivery of drywall, finally had to do it online and then they still didn't get the job done.

Kesha Morgan helped us purchase an item we saw online. She was very friendly and helpful.

The store is Large and has a lot of merchandise that is easy to find, sometime with help from an associate.
