The southtown location was easy to find parts need and the workers were very helpful

It feels like the store is too dark and the poor employees are just waiting for their shifts to end. Have to find everything on my own even at times in the past I've had to climb up the ladder and get product myself (as I've seen others do). Floors are usually dirty and it takes a long time to get an employee (10+ min). Needs a MAJOR security upgrade and stricter return policy.

The 5 employees who helped me, Damon, who cut my wood,Frank, Almira, Elida, the evening checker on 6/21, and Taj, went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. They are to be commended!

Product was easy to find. I received assistance as soon as I requested it. All associates that I came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me find a cheaper price. Got in and out, right away. Store was clean, plants are healthy and thriving.

Extremely rude clerk and cashier on my recent visit, haven't been treated this poorly in any other store and I am 61 years old. Shelves were not adequately stocked, clerk refused to assist me.

Best store in the city to find what you need being so close and inexpensive. Clean and stocked up on items. The employees are polite, helpful and you can find one close by when they are needed. Bought everything that was on my list, plus found one item that I was looking for quite awhile. Employees helped me with getting heavy items and then helped load them as well. Great experience.

Craig was an outstanding help as I wound my way through the lumber trying to find an ideal Mother's Day present.

This store is close to my place of employment, and the Shop always buys from you...from fasteners, chemicals, tools, electrical supplies, and paint supplies. When I started here, I knew little of the things I would be sent to buy, but one of your staff would always take me under their wing and help me find what I needed. I have never had a disagreeable visit to your store!

Good selection of products, good special buys, usually well stocked. Can be tough to get someone to help you when you need it, though they're usually friendly at online pickup counter and checkout. Lines are generally not extraordinarily long, but this may be due to self-checkout, which I loathe.

I so appreciate my Home Depot in my area!

Please have more lanes open at checkout. Self check out takes away some ones job

I have never had a negative experience here. They are always helpful, and ready to assist in any way they can.

I go to this store fairly often, as it's close to my workplace, but I hate it. The isles are continually cluttered, the staff is a "hit or miss" on the friendliness scale (some are great, others have the stereotypical ghetto attitude). The worst part is just the overall filthiness of the store and even the parking lot. Maybe it's an "inner-city" thing, but in my opinion there is zero excuse for a place to look this bad. Trash EVERYWHERE in the parking lot (it looks like a garbage truck exploded). Management needs to be held accountable and take some pride in their work environment.

Home Depot has knowledgeable employees and excellent products!

This store was a very busy place on a Saturday afternoon, yet I was in and out quickly. The store was well organized and it was easy to find the items I needed. The associates, especially Dan C., were friendly and very helpful.

Definitely get better customer service at other Home Depots such as the one on Hanley not sure if it's the neighborhood the one on South Kingshighway is located in so get people from the local population pool or it is just not as mad as well as other Home Depots definitely have better experience and other Home Depots but this one unfortunately it's closer to most of my job sites

Everything is easy to find, staff is knowledgeable and kind when you need assistance.
