This is a great location with everything you need for whatever project you're working on and the staff here is awesome....they're always willing to go out of their way to help, no matter what the project is, easy or hard, they're with you till the end!!

I shop Home Depot online as well as in the store. The Spanaway store is filled with employees who care about my needs and go above and beyond to get me what I need. I don't have names of all the staff who have helped me but Patty in cabinet design has been a lifesaver to me in planning my kitchen remodel. She is patient and accommodating when I have changed my mind about what I wanted and has come up with excellent suggestions for me to consider. She is more than willing to make my changes and has made my remodel project so enjoyable. She is wonderful. And, I am delighted to say that my experience with all the staff at this store has been great!

They are always helpful and available. I don't have to look for someone to help me at this Home Depot.

Ease of access for products. Items that were needed were already precut, such as the Black ABS 4" PIPE. The various types of end caps are well organized, easy to see, and reasonably priced. They are in the isle no problem accessing. The septic agent purchased is Industrial Strength. Added it into the septic and boy'oh! it went to work immediately. Excellent product.

Vince helped me with troubleshooting my LED Bluetooth Bulbs . The color pallet of the bulbs did not have the full spectrum . I assumed it was me not understanding the lights operation. Troubleshooting from restarting the bulbs with long wait times, changed the fixture , moving the bulb to another socket , checking the remote for the bulbs for sticky keys and last calling the customer support. Walked into the local Home Depot with finding the light experts . I find no one there at the moment but Vince comes out as passer by with orange apron as well as Christmas lights on his person . I shoot the problem to him and see what he knows . He moves a whole section of shelf to help get to the booth to test lights. We exchanged the bulbs and tested them all. In awe we both realized it's not the user but the bulb. As we started and cycled through the bulb a multitude to times . He then give me a new set of bulbs moments after . Best guy to definitely seek LED light setups . Would go through again to find him again .

The Home Depot employees appear to be well qualified to do their jobs because they all know the answers to my questions.

This store doesn’t have any “experts” as they call them, who actually know what their are doing/saying/recommending. Go in there knowing EXACTLY what you’re going to buy otherwise they will up sell the most expensive item even if it’s not the correct item you need. Then, filled with condescension, they will belittle you for having any questions at all and practically push you to the checkout counter so they can move on to the next customer. So much for the “experts” they claim to hire. This store is a joke, and I will definitely be shopping elsewhere in the future.

You need to go back to the military id card and get rid of the virtual id card. For example my phone will not load you app in the store so I can't get my military discount

Home Depot does not offer military discount on sale items.

Some employees are very good and dedicated, but many do not know what they are doing. Store must have gotten a very large shipment because the isles were cluttered with product everywhere.

MANY EMPLOYEES ARE CLUELESS AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AS TO WHERE TO FIND ITEMS OR ANY THING ABOUT THEM.

Went in to buy a refrigerator and it was like pulling teeth to find someone who was qualified to write up our order. Once we got the right person, things went much more smoothly, but it was frustrating that we had to ask for help several times. We've always had good service at the store previously.

HD's choice NOT to honor the 10% discount for disabled veterans just because we don't have a smart phone is BULL. Depot can kiss my business good by, and I'm telling everyone NOT to shop there.

needed a can of paint mixed to match the color I already had (brought in existing can/color to match) the young man at the counter was less than helpful when I was asking questions and then later after I had gotten the first coat on, I realized the two colors were close but NOT the same. Very frustrating!!!

Making purchase of $200+ dollar faucet, went to self-checkout and tried to get military discount. They said that since January, you have to do it in the app. I did have my phone on me this time, loading the app took a bit, and I couldn't remember password. Trying to get in took so long, the clerks were not helpful, and my husband got frustrated enough to go off without the $20+ discount, and I wound up in tears in frustration. If you want to get your military discount at Home Depot, you'd better have the app, and be logged in BEFORE you get to the checkout.

New homeowner and first time carpet buyer here. Peggy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when pick out a new carpet, especially for pets!

I have had nothing but the best customer service at this location!

One of the worst shopping experiences that I have ever had. The only saving grace was the cashier was very friendly and apologetic for the condition of the store. Several of the employees were more concerned about chatting amongst them selves than being inconvenienced by a customer.

The store is clean, it is not always easy to find an associate but usually we find what we need or find somebody who finds somebody.

The store was cleaned and stocked and Adina, the associate that helped me on my multiple trips of forgetting something, was so helpful and friendly. She never made me feel stupid, because even though I love all kinds of green plants, I do not have a green thumb! She help me find everything I need to keep all the plants I bought alive.

This store has employees who don't have a clue how to assist their customers. They rather chat amongst themselves rather than helping customers who need assistance.

The store was clean and the attendant at the check out had a pleasant attitude.

Thank you to Jeannette that has exceptional customer service in the paint dept. and is always willing to help out. The people who painted the house we are in used interior for exterior work, she help to make sure we got the right paint, that will help to preserve out siding, and help our house look great. Thank you Jeannette for being such an amazing help to us..
