I find this store to be great to do a lot of my company purchases with. I receive wonderful help and find that a lot of the workers are either trying to learn more or have a lot of knowledge in where you can find items that I may be looking for or new items that I might want to give a try

98% of the associates are knowledgeable and friendly

Delivery was less than satisfactory.

A lot of nice people there that are very helpful. I have always had good dealings there, but when I wanted info on remodeling my kitchen, they gave me a number to call and I am still waiting for a call back 6 weeks later. This is not the stores fault, but the person who gives estimates on remodeling projects.

So I usually joke about box stores being just another box. But this is the second time I've received sub standard service at THIS ocation. Honestly this time wanst that big of an issue. But if I have the choice I'm probably going to take my business somewhere else if possible. After my last bad review and no one attempted to contact me. I'm not sure why I'm even bothering to write another review.

Employee's are helpful and friendly. This store has many great items to choose from. Weather your in need of home improvements, home decor, gardening or outdoor entertaining you can find all your items here, and prices are reasonable. Everything is set up so you can easily find what you came here for. Plus thing you didn't.... I will definitely shop here again!

THE PERSONAL OR VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

I love this location! everyone is so friendly. I also love that their are always lots of employees to help you out. I you visit for paint supplies stop and say hi to Jeanette in the paint department. she knows her stuff and is a sweetheart

Two times I have gone to this Home Depot and went to purchase a item and it rang up the wrong price.

This store is conveniently located in an area that is growing all the time. The employees are friendly, helpful and will stay with you until you find what you need if you want them too. I highly recommend this store.

I saw more then 5 employees all doing nothing. I asked one for help and he ignored me. The man would have had to have been deaf to not hear me while I was 6 feet away and looking in his eyes. I asked another for help and she said give me a minute, pointed, and then said "I think it's over there". I went to "over there" and had to ask another employee if this is all they had. He said "I think so". No employee helped me and asking was a waste of my time. The cashiers were nice but there were two standing at the self checkout. You barely even need one employee to manage the self check out but at least they have that covered.

I guess you don’t provide a military discount during this time. I asked the cashier and I got no response.

Customer service sucks! Especially the person I dealt with today by the name of Neesha. It’s sad that people don’t value there job more and take pride in that. I know it’s COVID all day everyday now a days but does it hurt to smile and greet your customers genuinely? At this store apparently it is! Train your people to be better!

I absolutely love coming to this home depot. I always find everything I need and everyone is always friendly and ready to help with any questions.

The woman working in the paint department (unfortunately I don't know her name) was extremely helpful. I chose a paint color that I really liked but it was a little bit too dark. She suggested doing the same color but lightening it 30%, then mixed a sample. Also very helpful and knowledgeble about the different paints and finishes. Checking out was another 5 star. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful.

Vanessa the store manager was beyond price and helpful! I am overly satisfied with her and her employee Phoebe’s customer service.

Everyone is always there to assist, store is clean and organized. I never have any issues when I come here. Even during Covid and I can go in and get what I need and check out in a timely manner. This is my store!

More often than not, the inventory shows having product but even after the sales associate helps product is still not located. I love the store and over the years have been a dye hard customer but it is sometimes frustrating to drive the distance and go home empty handed even though the app says product is available. The store was clean and organized! The associates were friendly but it really depends on the time of day whether you get help or not. I had to go up to the customer service counter for assistance. I approached a couple of associates but was told "That not my department". Still over all i'm a happy customer.

No one to help manually or technically. 3 employees watched my handicapped self load lumber and a shed off the racks and into a truck but would have to call to garden for assistance but nobody would show.

It's employees that make or break any store. With that, the stellar employees that usually make a store great, typically eventually move on to do greater things with their lives. At this point, this store has some amazing folks that they are lucky to have employed. Seem to never have any issue whatsoever. If I do have a question or need assistance, these folks are "on it like blue bonnet". 10/10. Will come again.

Loretta, Korey and Vanessa rock! Never experienced such happy workers going the extra mile. They were excited to help me with a challenging purchase of a rug in an awkward location that had issues with purchase tag. High fives all around. Then on the way out another employee insisted helping me lift the rug into truck. Customer service here is fantastic! Love going to a place where people are happy.

Please make sure employees see the benefit of treating customers with courtesy.

This Store location is conveniently located for me! The Store made me feel very comfortable shopping despite COVID-19! Associates were very friendly and helpful! Customerservice made me feel like a Valuable Customer! I love their Garden Shop! Huge selection of Plants etc.!

I have my favorite people that I have come to seek out at this store, particularly the hearing impaired employee(I'm sorry I do not know his name, I will be sure to get it the next time I see him). However sometimes I feel as though some of the employees are not at all interested in asking you if you need help. It is very easy(in my opinion to assess if someone is is need of help). It seems as though they are more interested in talking amongst themselves. I have helped other customers when I see them confused or in need of help as I know this store quite well. I would also like to hear about anyone who has actually won the sweepstakes. I have asked at every Home Depot and none of them know; or have heard of anyone has!!

1st off I want to say as a contractor that is a business owner that brings home depot ALOT OF MONEY, that its unbelievable that everytime I step foot inside spanaway home depot I am being followed by the same lost prevention workers , to where I literally feel Stuffocated by their presence because that's how close they are to mean, They're not just invading my privacy but discriminating against me, Definition of Character, Abusing their power, Judging me off the way I look, Making sure that every time I step foot inside a home depot that they harass Me it to a certain point to where it's noticeable to other customers, and that is beyond Embarrassing to have other people staring at you as if you have done something wrong. I SHOULDNT feel uncomfortable coming to my local neighborhood hardware store. . I SHOULDNT feel unwelcome right as I step inside the store when all I'm doing is bring business to home depot. I would understand if I was doing something wrong but in my case as a business owner I'm just there to get what I need quickly and get back to the job quickly not to be bullied by lost prevention workers. And I will not stand for it anymore. This happens to me everytime I go inside home depot. Home depot I hope you read this and make it right for all the unbearable , upsetting, judgmental situation I have to deal with every time I come to your store to bring you business and instead I am Judged off the way I look , I am being accused of criminal activity that I am not involved in . I have faith that you'll go over and beyond to make me feel welcomed and bless me with a gift card for all the unacceptable consequences of your lost prevention workers abusing there power & to bully me to the point where I feel beyond uncomfortable, I feel unsafe , I feel embarrassed, judged, looked down upon as a thief or something
