On October 18th, my property was in need of some special items including lumber. I had only been in the lumber department for less than 10 minutes before a young man (Melvin P.) clocked in to start his shift and IMMEDIATELY assisted me with choosing the best type of lumber needed to accomplish my goal. Melvin P, you are AWESOME!! Thank you for your recommendation, for sharing your knowledge, and for your quality assistance. Special thanks to Mrs. Carolyn (Cashier) for assisting me with a smile, thanking me for shopping, and for inviting me to return. You were the perfect ending to my experience that day.

My thing is I need the price tag to be in right spot and help when I need it . The store had labels and prices were correct and the worker was really helpful . The prices on their plants is good to . Definitely recommend coming here . It was clean and the Halloween decorations were super cool 😎.

The associates at the Spring Cypress store are awesome. You walk in and you are greeted in different areas in the store. They are usually busy, but they take the time to help get you oriented. Big 👍.

Today I went to this Home Depot and had an AMAZING experience because of customer service. Thank you, Mr. Art, Mr. Paul (both in Hardware/Tools), and Ms. Sara (Customer Service). You 3 made my experience smooth and wonderful! I will return because of you.

This is a great place to go if you want to walk around with employees smoking in a store. No regard for customers, just talking to other employees smoking away having fun

Just purchased double wall ovens and cooktop - Nina was wonderful (appliance dept), and were installed last evening. The installers ; Ray and Cody were wonderful too. The entire process was so easy. Love our new appliances!

Many stores say they welcome veterans but often the fine print limits the extent to which vendors assist. Not so at Home Depot. Register, use phone # or scan and done. Thank you.

I recently visited this Home Depot location, and I was disappointed to find that it had changed drastically in the last few months. An associate named Brittany used to help me here often, but this time when I came, I encountered an associate with an extremely unprofessional attitude and bad attitude. Her name was Jaylline, I believe. She initially told me that I would be eligible for free home delivery on my purchase, then at the end she said that I would have to pay an additional $59. Needless to say, it left me with a bad impression of the store and I will never be returning.

Asked an associate , in plumbing for help as he walked by. He was not another customer. I again said sir can you help me? Kept walking. Sir! With the glasses. He turns in a menacing fashion and screams “ MY NAME IS MICHAEL! and charges at me. Two younger customers intervened.and he focused his rude behavior on them. Fortunately a customer near by saw it all and was a plumber and helped me find what I needed

I was shopping for a washer, dryer and fridge for my new house and went to this Home Depot. The staff at the appliance section were very friendly and helped pick one that met my needs. Thye let me borrow their measuring tape so I could make sure the fridge fir the space I have. They also let me push out delivery dates so I could still buy today to take advantage of Black friday deals! Overall a happy customer :-)

What an awesome store all together. I don’t know if management changed recently but everyone was awesome. I was lost in plumbing and usually I have to go looking for help. Not only did Kamron pre-empt my search by him offering help, but his help was knowledgeable and spot on. Then I went to pay and waited 5 secs behind full self check out registers when Ciara waved my way to her register.

would not shop here if you can, recommend driving 20 miles to Katy store over this location. Customer service is horrible and the manager will not come talk to you if you have a problem with them.. she sends her slackys to talk to you

Friendly, helpful employees that go beyond expectation

I purchase (2) Kitchen Appliances and am also a PRO XTRA member. Was not able to check out with the PRO cashier since they normally do not work that department and did not know how to checkout appliances. They also did not know how to use my Home Depot Credit Card and requested I proceed to Customer Service. Customer Service was even worse. Customer service also appeared to not be trained properly and had to get the shift manager to help. Shift manager was rude, very little help, and had this inexperience customer service rep. struggle to process my order. Manager took sweet time to get up to the customer service counter and took over 30 minutes to check out.
