To whom it may concern, I have lived on this side of town for over a decade and I have really enjoyed shopping at this location. Very friendly staff that’s always willing to help.

Horrible customer service!!!!!

Friendly staff and fast paced employees , would prefer if cashiers would practice social distancing with customers.

Online order was not in stock and when I called to inquire about it, there was no desire to attempt to source products from other store to fulfill order, just refund my money, which they refunded the wrong amount. Turn and burn, no customer service what so ever.

I love shopping at this Home Depot. Not only are the employees friendly. But they go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need

Tjey sold me a weber gas grill that was in stock.. 2 weeks later on delivery day the grill.. $1400.00 never came. Called them after 45 minutes on hold i was told they don't have the grill.. they rejected my 1rst review.. probably didn't meet the standards.. this is the truth.. gome depot sucks.. truth

I would recommend that Home Depot work better to enforce mask wearing in their store. Several customers had masks down below their mouths while walking around and one gentleman had no mask visible.

Prices are good. But area we were look at window blinds was cluttered and hard to even walk close to some displays. Rugs and other products in walk ways. No assistance in three visit to this area ever approached us .

the cashier was so helpful she went out of her way to assist me i couldn't get assistant at the garden center she paged to get me someone no one came so she assisted me herself and I truly appreciate it her name is Iris made my day and experience even better!

The protocols in place & store Displays and merchandise & staff are organized, friendly, Covid cautious, but not at all inconvenient. This location has staff available that are professional, knowledgeable & desire to help. The store has efficient systems in place to assist customers to make purchases without delay or risk. Every aspect was commendable.

The customer service desk associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They used multiple sources to get the most accurate information about my military discount.

Hey folks if you are looking for patio doors, screen doors, french doors, etc this is the store. I tried several stores to get the help i needed and it was never provided, so i went 30 miles from my home to this location for great help. ALMOST EVERYTIME I SHOP AT THIS STORE I GET WHAT I WENT FOR AND MORE. GREAT SELECTION OF OUT DOOR PLANTS WHICH ARE ON MY MIND RIGHT NOW. JUST BOUGHT WATER HOSES YESTERDAY AND THEY HAVE A ENTIRE SECTION OF WATER HOSES ...WHO KNEW! AND HELPFUL ASSOCIATES TO HELP WITH QUESTIONS.

Worse experience when it comes to ordering online...don't expect to get your parts in time nor a call from the store to let you know what's going on with the order
