like to go to home depot when in town only on this trip we were looking for flower pots when we pulled them down to look at and buy water came pouring out and got us pretty wet other than that we like shopping there

Employees seemed very put out to even give a quick location for an item. Also, during a pandemic, with a mask mandate, very few customers were wearing a mask. A shoulder shrug and a snide remark were given by the employee when asked about non-compliance.

Store was clean. Employees in (3) departments offered advice and suggestions to help us find the items we wanted and to compare the options for those items

The workers are always very helpful finding items and the workers at the Self Checkout are always willing to help.

Don’t even know how to describe my feeling anymore. I was always so mad most of the time shop here. Customer services are terrible!

I really appreciate our Home Depot store in St Cloud MN. I have lived in my current home almost 2 years and there are still a lot of things I would like to do with the yard and the house, Home Depot is my first go-to store for most of those needs. There is almost always someone to answer questions or help in any way. At another home store I was treated rudely by a manager and an error that they made was never corrected.

I really like the store because they have a whole lot better selection of items,better grade of lumber. They just have what a person would want in one store.

The Clerks in all departments were so helpful to us, and we were able to get what we came for in a short amount of time. Very satisfied with the kindness and helpfulness of Home Depot employees.

Every time I purchase a product from Home Depot there is a problem. You go to the help desk (ironic because they offer no help) and you always have to jump through hoops. I purchased a Ridgid drill because of the lifetime warranty. It failed the 3rd time I used it. They do not replace it- they charge you $18.95 to ship it back in for repairs. Could take up to 2 months. Their shelves are full of the same drill- I sit at home for 2 months with no drill. This is your name brand product. Stand behind your product! If you can't even stand behind YOUR name brand product what chance it there they will stand behind anything else. Avoid Home Depot and Ridgid at all cost. They will brag it up and talk you into their product because of the warranty- you will sit home with no drill.

Had no issues getting assistance from employees, even while wearing my mask. This has been an issue at local stores, so I’m pretty well done supporting the local stores that claim to have our best interest in mind!

Gabrielle helped us at the self-checkout. She was very knowledgeable. She was VERY helpful and courteous.

Store is large and well organized. Friendly staff. Gabby was very nice and helpful.

Every employee I saw was very pleasant even with as busy as it was. Lucinda was particularly nice. Even with so many people she took the time to notice I was a veteran and thank me. That goes a long way to making me look forward to shopping there again.

This Home Depot is fabulous. As a mom I have made MANY MANY MANY trips to Home Depot with my boys. I feel like we have kind of grown with Home Depot. When the boys were little it was all about batteries, gorilla tape, and super glue. One Christmas we bought the boys the Home Depot go cart that was available. The boys have put that cart through everything and had to learn how replace parts and get the right tools. Today they are too big to ride it but they still do. Today they work on cars. They change transmissions. They fix garage doors. They change their own oil (and other people's). They argue over tools!

Employees help me find what I'm looking for everytime and they always have what I need.

I will never shop or recommend anyone to ever buy a Home Depot gift card for anyone, people who receive gift cards from Home Depot cannot use them as Home Depot refuses to accept them. This happened to me personally. I am informing the public in any way I can to never buy a gift card for anyone from Home Depot.

Wife and I were shopping for carpet. We found samples of what we liked and the salesperson help us with our choices concerning the questions we had. (texture, matting, etc) Very satisfied with the responses to our questions.

Awesome experience, I love the home depot. It's where I do all my shopping for household repairs and remodeling needs. They have everything you need, and if you cant find it theres always someone friendly around to help you locate just what you need.

If you need lighting see Frank in the lighting dept. He will give you the royal treatment and really knows his products. Made buying several lights for various locations in my home a breeze.

My husband and I went to Home Depot on a Friday looking to make a large purchase. We decided to start looking at blinds and noticed that we could have them cut and needed some help. I walked over to the flooring section while my husband waited in the blind aisle as we tried to find someone to help. the the lady that I encountered made several phone calls on her personal cell phone trying to find us some help and didn't have any luck. my husband yelled at me that he found someone. Leslie was very informative and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and informed us that would be 15 to 20 minutes for her to cut the blinds and we could continue shopping or we could wait. She said if we had more shopping to do we could go do that and she would come find us in the store when she was done and she would bring us a cart as we were picking up a bunch of lumber for a project. We ended up being in the door section when Leslie found us with our blinds and she brought us a cart assets if we needed any more help and if there was anything else you could do for us. She deserves a raise for going out of her way to come find us while we were doing other shopping and it to go track down a cart for us. However when we got to the register we ended up getting Sandra who was rude from the start since we had three carts full of lumber and other miscellaneous items I had offered to tell her how many pieces of each type of wood we had. She said I don't need that information I have to count it anyways. I thought i would be nice and helpful so as we got the same numbers. Then after she rain everything up I had asked her about the interest-free option with our credit card because we had purchased so much stuff. She then proceeds to tell me that she can save us $100 today if we get a credit card. I had just asked you about the interest-free option on the credit card that we currently have with you. my husband then pulls out his military ID for the discount and she proceeds to tell him that he can't use it. we both feel that she did this because we didn't want a credit card since we already have one. Didn't get the credit card sale so she didn't want us to save any money. We came there for the pure fact of hey we're going to save $100 or more on are ginormous purchase. Kudos to Leslie for going above and beyond I've done retail for 22+ yrs and she was amazing. We'll definitely be looking for her in the future when we need assistance.

Can I rate less than 1 star? This store is horrible for any service. I asked 2 separate associates where I could find a ceramic drill bit. Each one could only pull out their phone and type it in. (I could have done that myself) both of them told me they do not have it. So I pulled out my phone, went on the HD app and typed in ceramic drill bit... wouldn't ya know it... it told me they WERE in stock and exactly what isle and bay it was in. Just expect to find things yourself at this store and check out yourself as I was almost double charged for some items the prior night, but I was able to catch him myself and told him he double charged me for an item, otherwise he wouldn't have known

I like your quality products

I did not have my "cheaters" so I asked the checkout cashier as well as his trainer 3 times if the Veterans discount was applied. I received a yes answer all three times. When I got home and got my cheater glasses, I find that the discount was NOT applied. Wondering how I go about receiving same????
