I bought a Riding Mower and my grandson is so happy to learn to cut the grass with it.

My grandkids really enjoy the Home Depot kids workshop gives them the opportunity to explore different avenues when creating a finished product. They look forward to the first Saturday of the month and will hopefully make a big and big desire to create.

We have ordered several windows and doors from home Depot as well as kitchen cabinets. We received excellent service by the Millworks department the last two orders serious the window was broken and they sent out someone to repair it and replace it. And this time we ordered a new door and they were very helpful and courteous. We have had some bad experience the last 3 years shopping at home Depot but I've seen a great improvement and happy to see that here on the island

Don't expect their online inventory to be available, for anyone in the store to acknowledge you, or for anyone to offer help. Every step is an exercise in poor customer service, from the general manager to the floor staff.

Sheba went out of her way to make us feel welcome and answer our questions. She applied all appropriate discounts to ensure we got the best deal on the grill item we purchased.. Sheba is an exceptional ambassador for Home Depot.

Employes are kind and will help if you ask for assistance. Store is organized and very clean.

I would like for them to have more selection of home goods like bed frames, mattresses, etc. It would be nice to add a section with couches. And furniture tables and chairs that they already have that you want furniture.

We visit this Home Depot store about 4 times a week for minor home projects. EVERYONE who works here is very helpful and pleasant, answering questions or showing us where things are located.

I used to be very nervous when I lived elsewhere if I needed to make a trip to HD. Now I relish in going there. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so willing to offer assistance. We purchased a home on STX and have needed to make many trips to Home Depot. Whew what a difference congeniality and knowledge of employees makes. Thank you!

Great store to shop for home needs

I bought 95% of my home repairs material, after Hurricane Maria, from Homedepot. I was able to get everything I needed.

Everyone in this store basically knows where everything is.

so far, every single purchase I have made from Home depot have been to my satisfaction.

I stop by a week ago and the ladies at the service desk were exceptional at their jobs. Every question I asked ! I got an answer and Every thing I needed for the job one or more of them went looking for it.

I bought a stove a little over two months ago and it was a great buy. I gave thanks to the lady who help me in choosing a good one that I like.

Customer service at this store is in the toilets! The employees are extremely rude! They do not greet the customers, they do not tell you your balance after they ring up your order, and threy do not say thank you.

I went to the Home Depot store, two weeks ago to purchase some lumber and the experience at the store was horrible. I spent almost 3 hours at the store, and it was a very difficult to get anyone in that area to assist us, in picking up all the material that I needed. I left very upset disappointed. Even a male supervisor came by and he was very unprofessional!

Very common that stock is not available, even if website says it is. Common to have 5-7 employees chatting, but unwilling to acknowledge you or help. If you ask, you will be dismissed 9/10 times, or told to go ask someone else, somewhere else. It’s really that bad.

I always shop at the Home Depot because of the availability of products in addition to the wide range of service benefits! In my opinion, there is no other store that I love more than the Home Depot!

Typical Home Depot store. The Kitchen and Bath design is second to none. I would have given them 5 stars, but the delivery service is the worse I have ever seen. This is a company that is a Home Depot contractor. I would use my pickup and delivery people.
