Am a regular customer in Home Depot , I buy majority of my house hold needs there

The REFUND COUNTER ASSOCIATE IS AWESOME!They do not give the customers a hardtime and are very pleasant, upon returning items, they give the customers immediate reimbursement in cash or credit depending on the customers wishes.

The paint section is awesome with the Manager sale, I really love it on the paint section and the cashiers are very friendly. I would love more sales by the Manager including the garden section, glass, mirrors, wood,canvases material, and paint brushes.

The store is well lit and clean. However, the price of the products is too high and barely any sale, I am requesting for everything especially the paint, garden, and kitchen areas to be 70% off of everything. Furthermore, not enough employees to assist the customers because of negligence I have a back injury for lifting a heavy door that I purchased in homedepot (no one assisted me with the door to my vehicle) (the guy in charge of the door section in this store was not pleasant and did not assist me) and upon returning the door, the nails attached to the two by fours sliced my flesh open but I received adequate care, with antibiotics, and bandages. I will be contacting the headquarters for compensation.

home-depot is very helpful and handy to and for me it is an easy access for me to get everything for building or re-modeling the home.

The prices are comparable to the other home depot stores in the states.

When I go to shop at Home Depot I feel like I am far away shopping and I don’t want to leave the store.

Don’t expect Mainland customer service. Inventory is not good either. At least we have a homedepot here, all I can say.

This store has come a long way since the storms of 2017, its nice to see plenty of materials stocked most of the time. Overall the prices are great spirits are better and moral seems to be better than before. The store is clean and can only suggest that some of the people who work in the store should finish what they start to do and not leave isles blocked and leave things out so you cannot pass through areas. A better arrangement of stocking migjt be considered so during peak hours this does not happen.

The store was clean and everything was easy to find. The ladies at the service desk are real friendly and nice. Thank you ladies for always trying your best to help anytime I need help. You ladies rock.

This is the cleanest and most organized business I have found on the island. Customer service is iffy, but that may be because I'm not a local. If you use the website or the app, you can find everything they have in stock with pretty decent accuracy.

The customer service is near perfect. Most of the associates have a good understanding and knowledge about their department and products. The store is well kept and organized. The workers make you feel like family. Cashiers are always friendly.

Your Millwork Associate Miriam is so CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. She makes you want to stay at HD all Day. The store is very clean, especially the rest room. Only thing that's my concern is that the Solid Doors need to be replenish immediately. To long of a wait to purchase doors and windows. The display section for the Masonite Doors is not helpful, the signs is saying no longer available, therefore they should be remove and replace. Also the display for the special order window need to be put back up immediately, so customers can see what they are purchasing.

I did not see the item I was looking for and was directed to go to the Garden dept and a gentleman graciously led me to the area where I found exactly what I was looking for. With an open area in the Garden section it seems hard to keep the area clean especially when it rains with an open roof but the employees do a fantastic job

The workers are customer friendly, and the store is always clean, well stock and so pleasant to shop in. In the future sure would like to see what's sold on the online stores to be SOLD in the Virgin Islands Stores. Thank You
