I purchased top soil (10 40lb bags) and the assistant manager, Al Baker, was incredibly kind and responsive and demontrated great customer service, when unfortunately customer service in so many places is void.

Scott did a Great Job helping me find everything I needed. With his help I was in and out Super fast! At Customer Service, Sammy was helping me trying to find an old receipt for a garbage disposal I bought in the past. She was kind, courteous, patient, professional and did a Great job building rapport while trying to locate it. She searched through multiple stores and even though we couldn't find it, she still gave it her all to help get me squared away. This is Exactly how to Excel at Customer Service! Phenomenal Job Sammy!!!

I went into the store to purchase a $400 saw. I was followed to the register by an associate to make sure I paid for it. They said this was their policy for any item over $150. I had never had that happen before at this store or any other Home Depot.

I had a great experience picking out shower tile. Omega was super helpful. I will be back because of him.

On this visit I would like to recognize Kevin. He helped me in the Halloween section with getting down a large inflatable from the top shelf. He has a great outgoing attitude & no issues with helping. Aside from assisting on this & making my kids halloween so much better, he gave me some great decorating ideas & advice. Then he carried my halloween items to check out for me. Great to see happy employees. Thanks Kevin!!

But don't worry, there are plenty of associates taking "surveys" who will be happy to sell you something that you are not there to buy.

Thus store is always well stocked with a variety of everything you for your home projects. The employees are their greatest asset. There is always someone to answer your questions and help your find exactly what you need to complete your project. The cashiers are always standing by to assist you with a fast and efficient checkout. Thank you yo the entire Home Depot Team!

I have been to many Home Depot stores. This has to be the happiest, most efficient one I have ever been at. I have been here about 5 times now. Every experience is the same - the sales associates are efficient, knowledgeable and really do care to help.

We purchased a large item that would not fit in c8 , set up for will call to come back later to pickup. Was told by employee we had 1 week. 3 hours later we get voicemail saying they cancelled our purchase on our credit card.. Because they do not hold HALLOWEEN items . No signs posted anywhere in store stating this. They just cancel our credit card purchase without speaking to us . I Have contacted credit card company and Home Depot customer service. How can they cancel a credit card purchase without customer being their or giving permission? Shame on this Home Depot doing something like this. We purchased 1 werewolf not 3 or 4. Be careful when purchasing at this location that this does not happen to you

Normally has everything I'm looking for, very approachable employees and clean

The employees are knowledgeable, available and very helpful. They clearly take great pride in their job and their positive attitude makes them the most valuable asset to the store. The store is well stocked and well managed.

I bought a refrigerator and Home Depot matched the lower competitors price as promised.

If you need blinds and help with measurements ask for Ron or Sam! They were OUTSTANDING and helped us with the process and it came out great saving us money. Great Location and management. Also had an issue with an installation on the dryer and they replaced my dryer tube and gave detailed instructions due to the installer doing it wrong. I believe his name is Oz from Appliances. He is Great also!

Bella Shealy was extremely helpful in the checkout process and gave my kid a bunch of stickers. Made his day and mine. Folks like her are the reason I shop this Home Depot over any others.

Best Employees ever! Best Garden Section, Best Paint Section

Customers be aware - THIS LOCATION CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL FEE TO SHOP HERE CALLED PIF "Public Infrastructure Fee" ADDED INTO THE TAXES COLLECTED ON EVERY SALE. THIS GOES STRAIGHT TO THE DEVELOPER. This store is easy to find as it is adjacent to I-95, and offers lots of parking. The store was clean, organized, and nothing seemed to be in disrepair. Parking may be a bit of a challenge for a large vehicle as this shopping center is very busy and congested. Customer service was lacking as the employee that helped us was not friendly nor helpful. When I addressed this with manager "Scott" he also seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. Disappointing as this is really a nice store, but not a comfortable shopping experience...will not be returning to this location.

Could not find light I was looking for. Turns out it was in another section that also had lighting. They looked it up and took me right to it. Probably would not have found it on my own.

I make frequent trips for specialty parts and board selections. Kudos to Homedepot for the availability.

The cashiers were very knowledgeable and were able to help me find a product missing a barcode. And they kept the self checkout very clean.

Installation same day

Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she will be easy to spot. She has the biggest smile possible and just goes out of her way to truly deliver world class customer support, going so far as to draw me a set of instructions on how to get to the military discount screen, which heretofore was never explained. She is such a true representation of what Home Depot shot strive to hire more of. She also has the cutest punk and white nails!

I had to return and reorder a product. The associates in the Appliance center made it easy and stress-free.

The Home Depot in Saint John's County in Jacksonville, Florida has excellent customer service. The staff is very will to assist and answer all questions. The store is clean and very well stocked.
