In a time where customer service and overall availability of employees in the workplace is at an all-time low, Home Depot at St. Johns raises the bar. A customer service team member was a huge help as well as an associate in plumbing. The St. Augustine store left me on hold for an extended period of time then told me there were't enough employees to assist me, so I went to the St. Johns store and it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the St. Johns store.

I went into the store looking for something particular and an associate helped me find it. It was a good shopping experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I was checked out.

every time I'm in this store all the employees have been eager to help , If i wasn't sure of something they took the time to explain what every i need.

While in the store I over heard a girl named Sam talking inappropriately and showing inappropriate pictures of herself to male co workers. Very unprofessional and I will not be shopping here again!

This store is full of rude people that are put out when you ask a question. I had to google on my phone what the labels meant on the lumber, climb on top of items to get pieces down. Good news is the two guys sitting on the wood pile opposite me on their phones had something to do while i was loading my own lumber. I asked a question to one of the older guys and he just pointed but didnt have any issues blocking the isle with the 5 guys they were all talking to. Wont be visiting here again

The employees at this store are always so friendly and helpful. The older gentleman at the door greeting people is so nice and accommodating. Kimberly at checkout was very helpful when I had an item with an incomplete barcode. She also made sure to give my kids the take home DIY project. Will definitely be back at this location!!

I bought a new refrigerator and the experience in this store was perfect. The sales person knew the products, how to maneuver the computer program. and was very well mannered. I will buy all appliances here.

We go here at least twice a month. We really appreciate the helpful associates. They always have what we are looking for from hardware to tools, to storage, to light bulbs, to paint. We really like their selection of house plants and orchids, we almost always bring one home.

The store has very good personnel and seem to be always stocked...if not on the floor they check the back for you.....always go there!!!!….the wife loves the plants too!!!!...Highly recommend!

The employees are very helpful. They answer any questions I have. Also I never have a problem with my military ID card, unlike the store in Zepherhills, that always give me a hard time.

Don't use this Home Depot to do Home Improvements. They botched the job and didn't make it right.

Our experience with Ranay in the Door Department was amazing. Ranay stood the test of time working with us during a remodel project. We had many change orders and she never got frustrated or gave up on contacting us to make sure we were satisfied. Even though Ranay transfered to another location she left us with such a positive feeling that the people at this store care. We will bring more projects to Home Depot for this reason.

By far worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employee ran of the aisle I was getting lumber to bring a lift down. (correct customer service response what happened to help me get what I needed before closing the aisle) Cashier light on but no cashier and was informed that aisle was closed I need to go to the other end of the store to check out. (correct customer response would’ve been to help even though the register was closed) Eight pieces of lumber had no pricing so cashier asked us to walk all way to the back of the store again to take a picture of the price. (correct customer response would’ve been let me find out a price for you)

Lisa at rentals and Luis Espejo were the best customer service duo I have had in a long time. I am doing a building project in my house and needed a lot of help getting everything and then loading it. I was kind of dreading it, but they made it so easy, I couldn't believe it. I don't normally write reviews, but they need to be recognized because they are the faces of the company and they made the company look good today.

Zero stars. Poorest customer service ever experienced. Cashier in garden center did not even leave her booth - sat on her stool & had us pick each item up and bring it to the counter for her to scan. We are never greeted, never acknowledged and never thanked. Store is a mess with stock items crowding most aisles making it mostly impossible to access things on shelves.

So grateful to Nick in lumber for the wonderful service he provided. He was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and patient. It was a great shopping experience because of Nick. Thank you Nick so much!
