9:32am - I go to this store because it is close to home & usually I can get in & out quickly. Today the garden dept was closed so I had to go in the main entrance, hike to the garden center, load 5 bags of mulch (no one was around to help) then drag it to the opposite end of the store because the only open register with a cashier was at the far end as far away as possible from the garden center. Then had to drag it all the way back to the car. I had not planned on hiking a mile while shopping.

I am an out-of-towner and stopped by the store because I was helping my son with a project. I didn't know the layout or where anything was and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. I could not ask for more.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please save yourself the headache and do not order cabinetry from here. We ordered kitchen cabinets years ago and had a wonderful experience but this time around, not so much. The “kitchen designers” must not have knowledge of how trim works because they only placed “one unit” of trim on our order (which we later realized was only 8 feet) and we found we were very short on trim once cabinets were installed. I called the store and was told it was my shortfall as the customer for signing the order. I didn’t realize I needed to be a cabinet designer apparently???! Just trying to save someone else from this headache. Will not be recommending kitchen/bathroom design services from here to anyone in the future!

Customer sucks at the ringing out my purchase, person was more interested in texting on the phone. Customer service has hit rock bottom.

I ordered about $1500 worth of lumber and the wrong order was delivered today. I had to send it back, reschedule delivery, and spend a lot of time on the phone figuring all of this out. My grill that I ordered for delivery came today as well. As I began assembly, I found that one of the support legs is bent/damaged. I came to this Home Depot location to figure this out. After the store manager finished a 30 minute phone call in an attempt to figure out how to fix this, she told me that there’s nothing that can be done other than to repackage the grill, bring it in to the store, return it, and then order a new one. I took today off of work to handle this lumber delivery and grill, and in one day Home Depot has let me down on two expensive orders. Furthermore the customer service to deal with these situations has been poor and I have wasted half my day just to be told there is little that can be done to help me. The grill is heavy and repackaging/getting it into the store will be difficult for me, which is exactly why I had it shipped to my house in the first place. I have a lot of housework to do, and was planning on purchasing a lot of the needed tools and materials from Home Depot. At this point I’m strongly considering taking my business elsewhere.

This store is great! It’s is conveniently close to the highway which makes accessing it simple. The store always has the products that I need, even when it’s an item I doubt they would have. The staff here is always super friendly and willing to help. If you looked lost chances are you will be asked by more then one representative if you need assistance. I really enjoy shopping at this store and will continue to do so.

I love the large variety of items for home repair and refurbishing and the garden/landscaping options. Customer service is Superb. I am helped with a smile and if an associate does not have the expertise to assist me they ALWAYS find someone who does. The long store hours with 7 days a week opening gives me more than enough options to shop on my schedule.

Thank you for not treating your customers like an imposition! I do frequent small projects which require boards to be cut in half to fit in my car. I have a Lowes much closer to home, but every time I go there "the machine is broken" or they make me feel like a terrible person for asking. Home Depot has always been happy to help, and never make me feel bad for it.

Please enforce social distancing / face covering edicts for the in-store experience.

Good luck with having someone give you a correct price. Store has one price, online price for IN store is lower but wont honor it.

Love this store in St. Matthews Kentucky, so clean and employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. We found a great bargain in the bathroom sale section at the front of the store, medicine cabinet was sealed from the factory. brought it home and found out it was damaged. Exchanged it at the Westport Road Louisville location as they were out of stock in St. Matthews. Westport HD also clean and employees are super friendly and knowledgeable there too. They helped unpack new cabinet in the store so we could validate no issues.

Always such a knowledgeable and helpful group at the St. Matts Home Depot!

Customer service very lacking - difficult to find help and when you do, the employees don't even act like they want to solve your problem. I tried to get some storm doors ordered and installed and it was like they were trying to block me from spending money. Store has gotten messy; not a great experience.

In case you can't find it, the paint section in in the back corner, right side as you enter.

The store was clean and neat. Products was ready available and easy to find. Employees are very helpful.
