Very inconsistent store, some days all the help you need sometimes can't find a soul to help you. For the most part the employees are friendly, but you always remember the ones that are not. I shop here for convenience, but many time just shake my head and go elsewhere.

The store is very clean and easy to find anything very easy it’s like to go in and out on a very short time

All of the store employees in the store have always been very very helpful to me. They're friendly and they take extra time and answer all my questions!

This Home Depot store has been a mess and the Isles have been cluttered the last several times we shopped here. The employees appear to be too busy performing their assigned tasks to perform any customer service tasks. It's difficult to get them to help with heavy items either in the store or loading your vehicle. The store has become a disappointment. It was very frustrating to try to maneuver around the store Do tiles being blocked with product and closed for stocking. In addition it's always difficult to find an available cart other than the grocery style cart.

The people have always been helpful and knowledgeable. What more do you want? I like the place.

I have been going to the store for some time and I am very happy with the service and the invoice.

First off I love this store. It has nothing to do with the company or the products they carry. It's about customer service. I took the last 2 off the shelf and there was a box of them above. I requested assistance in getting them down but to no avail. I had 4 different associates involved and still unable to retrieve them. Finally after 15 minutes of being patient, I took off my sandals and scaled the shelving myself to fetch the box and collect the items I needed and came for. No excuse for that kind of service.

These folks are on the ball. I usually find everything I need myself or with help from a smiling orange apron.

I think this is the best store the following reasons: A man greeted me and asked if he could help me find anything. Workers are easy to identify. Each department seems to have experts who can answer questions and make recommendations. Everyone was friendly. Things are arranged in a pleasing manner. People are around to help me reach things or carry heavy items.

The quality of the employees has decreased dramatically. They used to be so helpful and attentive....now they barely acknowledge you. The greeter was great but the rest, not great at all.

The St. Matthews store only gets 4 stars because it is the smallest of the Home Depots in the area. The employees are knowledgeable about the products in the store. Some departments do not carry all the products sold in the larger stores. The staff here will try to locate another store that has the item you are looking for.

Jerry in the paint department is WONDERFUL! Very patient & helpful in meeting the needs I had w/ a paint project.

They are well staffed and pleasant and are knowledgeable on products in their departments. The store has a well stock of flowers and garden supplies. I have dealt with them for a long time and I am very happy that they are in my neighborhood.

Super friendly staff in blinds, paint, flooring Dept! We actually had fun shopping due to staff interest, attentiveness, and willingness to help me make decisions!

For such a large store more times than not the item I am looking for isn't there. Always out of stock. My latest visit to the garden center for bags of top soil was backbreaking. I am a senior and could not get any assistance in loading bags of soil on a cart, nor was I asked if I needed help with my purchase checking out. I loaded 120 lbs of soil in bags onto a cart, and then had to load it into my car by myself. Disgraceful.

You have done a great job to have sale associates through out the store to provide service! Keep up the good work!

Clean, organized store and most of the employees are very happy to help.

Customer service amazingly helpful w/ online pickups, exchanges & returns. Sales staff is knowledgeable about products and where they are located. Products are well stocked. Tool rental is great. Simple & quick so that you are back to your project w/ hardware and accessories needed to finish the job.

Just extremely dissatisfied with every bit of customer service. Not knowledgeable at all.

The new U-Scan system is very unsanitary. There is no longer a way to swipe to scan items. There is only a scanning gun. Do you know how many people are touching that each day? Gross. I recognize that they make it easier to scan large items. Then add a scanning gun to the other system.

One of the employees, Phillip C. assisted us recently in our purchases. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He had a great attitude and made our shopping experience a pleasant one.

I think it is a great store - Have always gotten all the help I need there.
