GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

so I went in to try to get a quote for a carpet installation and the carpet guy named joe didn't even bother on stopping what he was doing to help me he shut me down about it as soon as I told him that we was 52 miles away ,,, he didn't even bother on checking if there was a chance ,, i mean some of the costumer service of this people they act like we out there asking for free stuff

After seven years of dealing with the store and all the money that has been spent here to have an assistant manager supply such horrible customer service this is a letdown makes me want to shop at Lowe’s Cashier that rang me up Allison was amazing the type of customer service I would expect

We were greeted, our appliance was located quickly due to Jeff! His customer service was above and beyond. The cashier was super cordial. We were loaded up and on our way in no time at all.

Delivery crew left without proper installation because they had "already spent too much time" at my property. Not a competent crew, nor a representation of the Home Depot brand. Had to hire a third party to come install properly.

Joe is the worst help ever. To top it off, he disappeared in the middle of attempting to help. It took me an hour to get what I needed thanks to Molly.

It is too early to tell what we bought will be what we need, but we are usually very satisfied with the products this store carries.

Didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock But a great value on an upgraded fridge

I was in the self check out and I pushed the help button, I waited and waited I would guess at least 7 min. There were 2 people at the closest checkout for the entire time I was there. I asked if they could call someone to help and was rudely told we are busy, I said you are the only one working. After the 2 people at that checkout finished they both walked away, they were looking back pointing and laughing with other employees. I took my purchase to my car and went to the garden center to find my friend and lo and behold but who is sitting on the stack of grass fertilizer no other than the " We are busy" girl, I at that point asked for a manager, someone came and said that the manager was at lunch I told her what happened and she said she would let the manager know, I doubt it because I'm sure she was one of the ones that was laughing, so hard to find good, half intelligent help anymore.

Everyone was very helpful, nothing but good things to say....Had what we were looking for, gave us a better mower in exchange for the defective mower we had purchased without extra charge. Store was very clean.

If you need help in lawn and garden, find Brynn, she has excellent customer service and people skills. Thank you for helping us and going above and beyond.

Tom in Kitchens was nice to work with and very efficient. Staff in the store are very friendly and helpful.

Do not order carpet from this store or any Home Depot store. They do not know the difference between tile that may or may not have asbestos in it and ordinary fiberboard paper mat. To top it off, they are more than willing to take your money, then inform you that you might get your carpet in 6 to 8 weeks or longer, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

This is my favorite Home Depot. The employees work as a team and are always willing to help locate what you're looking for. They always go up and beyond my expectations. Good work Sterling Team!

This store by far beats all it's other competitors in the area. It is more organized, better informed staff, more helpful, more willing to stay with you until the item is found. If they are unable to be knowledgeable they will get someone who is. All the staff is willing to be helpful, including the ones that handle to the carts outside. My wife is handicapped, and when I was returning the handicap scooter while holding the shopping in tow, he offered to take the shopping cart and thanked me for returning the scooter.

This store has the best customer service in my opinion. Employee's are so committed to the store and are the most friendly people I've talked with an met for first time. Your experience here will be the best in an around the Sterling area. Go on in an check them out. You'll see for yourself.

The store's computer system said they had an item on hand and when we discovered they didn't actually have it they told me there was nothing they could do. I was told I could not even order one. But I was I informed that the greeley store two hours away showed some on hand and I was welcome to drive there and get it.

Employees were extremely helpful

Sterling Home Depot has come thru on every home project I have. I'm not a professional plumper, carpenter, etc. But I know what I need and I bring in olds parts to explain what I need to do, and the employees ( from different depts) always come thru for me. Employees that have the knowledge of the area that needs worked, are a true gem. I have not had one bad experience. Keep up the great work guys!

I love the gardening section at my local Home Depot! After being shut in with COVID restrictions, i couldn't wait to walk around and see the spring flowers! They always have a wonderful selection and I have not had many problems with flowers I have purchased from Home Depot over the years. I like being outside and also have a shade area, while shopping. The isles are wide enough to go down with a cart and the workers are always on hand to serve you. Thank you for helping me become a better gardener!!

We were wanting to purchase a screen door but they did not have the color we wanted. Taylor came over and asked if we needed help or had any questions. We told him what we were wanting and he said it would need to be ordered. Taylor proceeded to help us getting it ordered for us. Taylor was very professional friendly employee. Great job enjoyed shopping in the Sterling Colorado store.
