People here are great. Always willing to help and offer solutions. If they don't have it, they can order it. It is a small store so a lot of things need to be ordered in, including most appliances. Service Desk is always willing to help. In store pick-up is always easy and fast.

The Cashier we had to deal with was the Rudest one we have ever had!

Store is so helpful and friendly since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Shane and Gregg are standout employees.

This Home Depot store has employees that are well trained and knowledgeable in the department they work in. The manager is friendly and helpful she even helped with location and loading my merchandise from the appliances department. I would definitely recommend this store over some other stores like them even some other Home Depots.

Store associates are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Lori, the general manager, deserves credit for her employees and the cleanliness of the store. Through recently making some large puchases to the smallest items, each visit is a pleasure.

My experience at the Sterling store was first rate. Always helpful employees and there is always a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. I have been going to the Sterling store for quite some time and I will continue to shop there.

Nice store with good stock. Friendly staff, especially Austin, a very nice, polite, professional and knowledgeable young man who helped turn what could have been a frustrating trip since I don't know much about what i was looking for into a easy pleasant trip that I was able to easily find and get everything I needed.

The home Depot employee s need to answer the phone

The store and employees are great. However, when we got home we found out that we were missing an item and think we left it in our cart. We live 45 minutes away so tried to call when we got home but ended up with the phone ringing and ringing and ringing. I cant find an email or any way to quickly contact the store. This is hugely frustrating.
