So nice to find there are still good people in this world that puts others needs above all else. Customer rep in lighting help me find my way to lighting and show me what I needed then I told I also need tie wire and explained previous one I’d been using was too hard on my hands he gave me suggestion of better one that would not hurt my arthritic hands but by the. I was too tired to go to opposite end of store while I was casing out he came up to me with the tie wire so nice…so I made an additional purchase!!

Jessica went above and beyond to help me locate the items I needed throughout the store. She then organized and wrapped the items onto a pallet and loaded the pallets I purchased onto my truck. She was very patient with me and helped located everything I needed. Thanks Jessica and Team

FINDING AN INDOOR PROPANE SPACE HEATER WAS NO EASY TASK, BUT HOME DEPOT HAD EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED IN-STOCK, AND BOB G HELPED ME CHOOSE THE MODEL AND ACCESSORIES I NEEDED, THANK YOU BOB AND HOME DEPOT!

I drive to the Home Depot in Statesboro because the kind people are so helpful and courteous! They make my shopping trip very enjoyable! I have bought many tools and lawn and garden items at Streetsboro Home Depot. Dorothy is one of my favorite people as she is always kind and helpful! Elana always gets me through the register very quickly and she find me help when I need it!!

I just bought our new electric tractor, cart, weed-wacker and blower. This was our first electric purchase and they run so well! The batteries last 60m+ on a full charge and gives us no issues when it comes to the inclines in our yard. The customer service was OFF THE CHARTS! The employees loaded everything into my truck and my cashier, Betty Jo, was so helpful when setting up my Home Depot account to ensure I would get points from my larger purchase. Everyone was so friendly, looking out for what was best for me and extremely helpful! Would recommend anyone to shop there.

Just want to thank everyone for their help. All of our encounters were fantastic. We picked out a sink micro and some other things. Very helpful.

Tonight at the Home Depot I was followed around the store from department department by The same people like I was a shoplifter or they had to watch us so we wouldn’t steal something. It was very awkward. I have never in my life been treated like that before I was going to go look at the closet organizational but I ended up leaving because the guy from way down on the other side the worker followed, literally followed us all the way down like literally right behind us as if he was one of our party and we even asked him. Why are you following us like that it’s kind of awkward and he’s like I just watching what watching I am not a shoplifter I spent a lot of money in the store, and I am so upset right now.

I have been working on several plumbing projects in my house and find the gentleman in the plumbing department (previous plumber) extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful.

Store personnel were pleasant and gave the home town hardware store feel

I have been at SEVERAL homedepots in my time and the staff here was the best by far. In the past couple years it's hard to get anyone to help you in a home depot...but not this one. Jannie help me and made sure I had the right thing before moving on and everyone else was out and about engaging customers. I hope more homedepots are like this one.

We had driven to Streetsboro to pick up items at a store. This is 1 hour from our home and we were too early. We asked what stores were near their establishment and they recommended Home Depot. The experience in this store exceeded all our expectations for a retail encounter because of Dorothy and James. These associates were 2 of the most pleasantefficient and knowledgeable people we have ever had the pleasure to work with. The store was clean,well stocked and well run. We will make the drive again for this level of customer service.

Do not use Visa Giftcards for purchases here, especially if you throw out the card which most folks do once there is no balance remaining. We returned a garden tool that broke due to cheap construction and were unable to even obtain a store credit because the system doesnt allow for it,due to the cashiers error refunding the balance to the Visa on the receipt. A HUGE hassle as we were told to go buy something else and spend more money in the store where we were treated poorly, just so we could get our money back. Will not return to this store, btw this was for $13. Called corporate got nowhere. Was talked down to like the guy was doing me a favor that he was refunding my money.

Tried other stores and they were the only one that had what I needed

This store has a very limited selection of flowers and trees. I’d try other vendors first. Items on sale were generally in poor condition.

Had a rude cashier in the garden center who had difficulty ringing my transaction. She got irritated and, someone who appeared to be a manager nearby did not react. Some people have no business interacting with live transactions.

I visited the local Streetsboro Home Depot(my second trip in one day) and a very helpful young man Noah was able to answer my questions regarding a tool and was extremely knowledgeable about the current sale that was going on. Feel like I won the lottery with the deal I got even though I don’t know many people that make out on gambling. Always prefer Home Depot because the staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

I always get the best prices at Home Depot. I aways comprison shop and I always end up a the Streetsboro Home Depot.

It used to be when I went through home Depot. I heard crickets. Now everywhere I go I am asked if I found everything I need, is there anything I can help you with, can I help you load that on the cart etc?

Had to travel 40 min to get more laminate flooring for our project. Every one was accommodating! Held the product til next day for pickup. Offer 50.00 on my purchase with opening a charge. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Very friendly and respectful staff!!

Had a lot of paint supplies required for a DIY. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They had a lot more in stock than my normal home supplier. Great prices as well.
