This store is well-stocked with merchandise. However, the store employees disappear when they see you coming. Plan to wander around or find things yourself. Aisles are very poorly marked for items.

Broad inventory of products I use and very convenient location and has helpful employees.

I was really knocked out by the people in this store. I didn't know how to fix my problem (electrical) and the first sales person I met didn't either. Rather than abandon me - as most would have - he went and got "Ollie" ... the in-house expert on all things electrical. And, in about 2 minutes, Ollie solved my problem - and at far less cost than I thought I was going to have to pay.. I was very impressed. Couple that with the Veterans Discount they gave me, and the special Veterans Parking Place and I am 100% sold on Home Depot. I stopped by the store yesterday to speak to the Manager ... Mike. Figured I'm quick to complain when I don't feel like I got proper service, I should also thank them when they do. Mike couldn't have been nicer or more gracious in accepting a compliment on behalf of his team. I was impressed.

I like this store just fine,i just don't care for the location.

We had a very pleasant customer experience last Wednesday, 10-9-2019. I needed a new washer. Pam VOC gave us wonderful customer service. She was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Not pushy at all, or made us feel rushed. I asked if we could compare the 2 models, and she brought up both on her computer screen. She showed us each feature on both and explained them and answered my questions. We did order one, which was delivered yesterday, and because of her help, I definitely made the correct choice. It is GREAT It has everything I wanted, and nothing I didn't want on it. I would also like to add, that my husband began coughing, and couldn't stop! Pam walked away and brought back a iced tea to him, which definitely helped him, the coughing stopped. Needless to say, we were very appreciative of her kindness.

By far this is the most helpful and friendly Home Depot Store in the area.

The clerks in Streetsboro Home Depot were very friendly and readily available. They walked me right to the item I was looking for. I will shop here again in the future.

I phoned ahead to see if the store still had any 10 inch hanging baskets available since they had been on sale. Spencer too the time to look to see how many were left. I purchased 6 of them!

If you are shopping for appliances seek out PAM in that department. She is helpful, friendly and a great asset to the store.

The Streetsboro Home Depot has always and continues to be a pleasant shopping experience.

Location is great. products are plentiful. staff is knowledgeable.

All employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The product I wanted was in stock and right where it was supposed to be. I was able to get what I needed and continue my day in short order. Of special note the Cashier Nay was the best.

$22.00 for a bail of straw is highway robbery, It's $11.00 a half bail and the tag says "Large bail of straw". It's not "large! it's a half a bail of plain ordinary STRAW!"

Of the three Home Depot stores closest to me, this is the one I most lke to shop. They usually have everything I need, an the store is clean, neat, has wide aisles and very friendly staff that is always helpful to me. It would be nice though if all locations carried the same things, so I would not have to drive from one location to another to get everything I need for a project. As one example, for outdoor wood projects, I like to use Grabber #9 screws in various lengths as they have the lox heads which work very well for me, however, they seem to only be at the Bainbridge location, and not at Streetsboro or Niles.

The associate was quite knowledgeable about some returns that were made.

Has a little better selection of plants and trees than Macedonia store.Might start going to this store...

Home depot streetsboro is only store 4 me they got good works always have what i need.

Always a good experience whenever I shop at Home Depot in Streetsboro. I get plenty of help and plenty of "How are you today". I can usually find what I need.

The store was clean and organized, the tool department is well maintained, staff is willing to assist and carry heavy items.

i have been shopping at this location for many years. As I travel for work I have many options to choose where I go throughout the day. i always find myself returning to this one!! I find that the people, the inventory, the level of care and help I receive is just made to order for me!!
