They have what you need and staff to help

Simply Robert, Jonathon, and Patrick in Window department are simply the best. Especially Robert, He has been helping me for years he doesn't get enough credit for his caring attitude and helping the customer as much as he does. He deserves a raise and promotion. Jonathon is great also. Drake and Nick in the store are always willing to help and go above and beyond

I drove from Lake County to get the specific lawn mower I was looking for. I was well handled by the mower department, check-out, and the store employees outside that put the heavy box in our car. Thanks H. D. Strongsville.

THIS STORE IS THE WORST EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, STOCK CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT

Employees were very nice and professional, unfortunately company policy made my visit difficult.

Store was clean and the workers were friendly and respecting social distancing.

During this difficult time I found Home Depot very safe to be in. I am a widow and 70yrs. young and the gentlemen that helped me in the departments I visited were beyond helpful and did not rush helping me. I have always had excellent service at this store and will always come back and recommend this Home Depot to my friends!!!!!

Unfortunately I had been charged for an extra gallon of paint that cost nearly $40 because the cashier was not paying attention, She didn't scan my items like every other cashier I had there. She should have noticed that the amount was high and that she scanned something twice. I have my receipt and photos. Hopefully someone will contact me and issue a refund for the gallon of paint I do not have!

Barbara in home and garden and one of the floor guys Steve went above and beyond with their customer service... One of the may reasons that I keep coming back.

Purchased a mower for my Korean War veteran Dad who is not leaving his house due to Covid-19. Store refused to provide a veteran discount since he was not there in person, even though I had his veteran card and I explained the Covid-19 situation. Did I mention the discount would have been a whopping $36. It's not about the money. It's the principle, especially to a veteran. I think Home Depot really got this one wrong.

This store could be an example of everything good about shopping during these cautionary times and it is obvious from the moment you arrive that they have made noticeable improvements and effort to make it as nice and also sanitary as possible... there is also a line to get in after there are more than 100 guests and there is someone greeting each guest and telling them about the social distancing rules...

Richard was very helpful and kind in a time of high anxiety and it was greatly appreciated. I didn't ask but once he volunteered having another set of eyes looking was time saving.

Hey dog owners,...leave your smelly, dirty, ill-mannered K9s at home. Home Depot doesn't mean "my Home, do what I want, bring into store what I want".

My family and I like to come to this location. Very friendly workers. Convenient location. Easy to find what we are looking for. If we cant find what we need everyone is always willing to help or will find someone that will.

Cashier at refund desk was rude name was Nicholas it was nearing closing time but still no reason for that. Other two workers there were helpful and pleasant. This was on Feb 17, 2020 at 8:51 PM

The store associates have truly improved. We've gone to this location many times and most times, we were unable to find someone to help. When we would find someone, they would be in a group of 3-4 employees just chatting. The past few times we've shopped at this location, everyone was kind and helpful and even easy to find!

Deborah M was my checkout clerk and was very friendly and nice. She is a great asset to the Home Depot and I hope she is recognized for her great customer service.

People are friendly & helpful here. Nice variety of products to choose from. Store was clean and isles were wide enough to cart big items around!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store was well maintained and stocked. The newer checkout stations are inefficient and inconvenient for both cashier and customers. My hope is that Home Depot replaces these stations.

I like this store in particular for items I need.
