MY HOME DEPOT IS BAYTOWN TEXAS AND I WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH THAT WAS ON ALL MY HOME DEPOT BILLS ETC.. I DO NOT KNOW ANBYTHING ABOUT THE SUMMEVILLE HOME DEPOT BUT I WOULD RECOMMAND THE HOME DEPOT IN BAYTOWN TEXAS

Home Depot always carry great products at great price, shopping in the Summerwood store is putting you sanity at risk, most of the employees are rude, unhelpful and do not know what the concept of customer service is about. Maybe management does not care!

I was not able to identify easily the item I was looking for. An associate pointed me in the direction of some cheaper options, not actually verifying what I was looking for. I had to ask another associate for help, he redirected me to a floor associate who located the item. It turns out it was located in a "cage". Self-checkout associate retrieved the item for me and didn't help me with obtaining the item protection I inquired to purchase in addition to the item. I had to call and speak to a manager to find out how to get the protection, inconveniently requiring me to return to the store for purchase.

I have had horrible dealings at this location and would recommend you take your money and business elsewhere.

I went to the store today and did a return. Luis M from customer service did an amazing job in returning my items. He even guide me correctly to the product I was looking for. Which I was very pleased. In overall, I would definitely shop again there and encourage everyone to go!

The store was clean and organized. The service desk employees are very helpful especially Mitchell and Jose. Certain order pullers could use a little more training. But overall fantastic.

Great Home Depot, love the store and all the employees are extremely helpful

I just don’t think it’s fair to have product on the floor and have it priced and not allow someone to buy it. It’s been a bad year and everyone could use a break every now and then. To have the rug yanked out from under you is just a bad feeling. The store had 24 boxes of tile marked 1 cent per square ft but would not sell it to me. Manager refused.

The associate at the lumber register is always extremely helpful and ready to serve her customers! She made me feel very welcome and I was very satisfied with her service. I will definitely shop here more often

Customer Service at the guest service was horrible. They direct you to self check out , which i observed was not being cleaned after each customer usage. Went to customer service and was ignored , I only had two item no contact had to be made. This rep talked to other coworkers while i stood there instead of solving the problem. Even making a statement " Oh he don't wanna touch anything " . And she was absolutely correct due to COVID concerns. Called the MOD and advised her of the situation , never have had a problem with no store respecting the safety concerns or cleaniness until this evening.

CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE. ACTED AS IF WE WERE BOTHERING HER. SAD, BECAUSE WE ARE A COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER.

The employees need to work on good customer service and not have an attitude like customers owe them for their service. It's the other way around.

Generally, I really do love this store and their very friendly and personable employees. However, I don’t think cashiers or customer service understands that it’s a real hassle to return to Home Depot to get a refund when they overcharge you (e.g. ring something up twice by accident), especially when you have an emotionally unstable toddler in tow. And as a customer service person, they should give you a bigger refund for THEIR mistake which is costing you TIME and GAS and PATIENCE.
