This store is very conveniently located. Usually their is a store greeter that adds a feeling of safety. I usually know where the item I am looking for is located, but if not an employee is most helpful.

Knowledgeable and Friendly employees! Clean store and exceptional store manager!

I had a large list of relatively unique items to support building a test field for a first robotics team, I first received help in lumber pulling down additional plywood, a manager spent a lot of time helping me with all of the unique fasteners and plumbing parts, the check guy was friendly and helpful, and 2 loaders helped me load the trailer. In addition someone had put the wrong lock on the trailer, the HD team provided bolt cutters and help removing the lock. Thanks again,

I find this store a cut above HD in the city. Cleaner and employees are more willing to help you.

Was there for the purchase of a LG washer and dryer. There were many on display, so was able to get hands on demo. Happens the LG Representative was there and she assisted first with her wealth of information on the product that was best suited for our needs and then Ron, an Appliance Specialist, handled all the ordering and purchasing details with ease. Overall a fast, efficient and courteous great Black Friday deal.

Carts and stock all over, not allowing me to shop the best and some areas hard to get to.

The floor planner at this store was very informative, knowlegible and friendly. This was the first time I have used Home Depot as a supplier and installer. I was pleasantly surprised as to the attention to detail and the speed in which our new Pergo flooring was measured, estimated and installed. The entire team was very professional. I would highly recommend Home Depot for flooring installs.

This is an extremely friendly store. Always clean! The associates do not treat an amateur as myself like I'm foolish. They are always willing to answer any questions regardless of how elementary they may be. I have spent 45 years in customer service and retail and can tell these employees are well trained and work in a great atmosphere.

This store.has always been our favorite one It's proximity, service, familiar staff in key departments and their treatment of Customers.

Very poor customer service in the paint department. The employee there needs to retire - he doesn't seem to like his job or anyone he works with or for. Very unfriendly and not at all helpful - don't ask him any questions, he'll just sigh and turn away. He did get what I needed finally but he wasn't happy about it. And, who knows, he probably gave me the most expensive stuff that I didn't really need.

just went to Sunset hills Home Depot,very nice people. Every time i go there its just a good experience. I go in wondering home im going to do something and i walk out knowing just what i want to do and how to do it, thank to the helpful employees. Thanks again Sunset Hills Home Depot I'll be back

I have shopped here many times and most of the older employees are very good at helping you with anything. I think they have a much better selection than other hardware stores.

Usually have everything I want. Store is clean & orderly. People on floor are generally knowledgeable and friendly. I like your new return area. Your indemnity provisions in your terms and conditions don’t exactly encourage participation in your survey, i.e. really, why should I give you a free review for which I get nothing and then have to indemnify you for a bunch of stuff? I guess because the legal suits at the home office tell you to and because not many people read the terms anyway, except for a few of us. I was going to delete my review but I’m giving it to you anyway because the people at the store deserve it, notwithstanding the idiocy of your legal department.

This store is much nicer than my usual Home Depot store. The associate in the paint department was very knowledgeable and efficient. We also enjoyed the self check out experience.

I'm happy shopping at this Home Depot in Sunset Hills. Everything easy to find. Even on a weekend, employees go out of their way to help. Maribeth was an outstanding checkout cashier.

The Home Depot in Sunset Hills is great. They have more plants and gardening things than any other store I know! The employees are there to help. You don't have to go hunting for them like some other home improvement stores. They are enough of them that they ask you if they can help you.

This store has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. The staff is ALWAYS eager to help and answer questions. I actually look forward to my trips to this location because everyone is so friendly and kind.
