So far I have experienced great service with every sales person at this store.

I had to run into Home Depot for some home improvement things such as; lights fixtures, bracket to hang curtains and other things. Norm took the time to help me find almost everything on my list, I already had the light fixtures in my cart. He helped me find everything after that and joke with me and my kiddo the entire time!! Sabrina helped check us out and kept up the wonderful experience while we checked out. My kiddo has agreed to go shopping with me more often because of this!!!

The products that I have purchased have been of very good quality. From paint, plumbing, gardening, and more, I am a satisfied customer.

Had another successful Depot trip! Amazing deals on a chop saw and a fridge.

Just bought/ordered 2 custom made Glass doors for my home office. No pictures yet.

The employees were right there! Good place to find everything

I purchased 2 water heaters across the street and needed to return both due to damage that was not visible, Large Dents on tank(s) with no visible damage to box. They did not have any more in stock. Went to Home Depot and they had 22 in stock. I had it installed and working within the HOUR :)

Patty (PXBY5) is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with.

I always feel welcome, and the staff always are able to help or find a staff member that can help...I feel they enjoy sharing their knowledge and expertise...

This is the best well organized Home Depot store i have been in. The staff i give a a 10 star. I enjoy going in this store and am aleays greeted and the employees are so helpful.

Several employees helped me with questions and directions to what aisles I needed to go to. They were actually helpful and knowledgeable at this store. I’ve been to other stores where they know nothing or tell you the wrong information and cost me more money and more work. Will be going back to this Home Depot for my future projects.

I needed a small quantity Romex, which is now behind a locked gate. No way to page an associate, so I had to find one. Once they retrieved the product, they wouldn't give it to me, citing loss prevention, and it would be locked up at the cash registers to retrieve when checking out. Made me feel like such a "valued customer"

I bought something from this store and the employee Diana made me have a better day I appreciate it thanks Diana.

Store is always in good organization and I am always able to get in and out in a timely manner.

Had no issues locating what I was shopping for and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have shopped at many HD stores. This one in Surprise is the best in all areas. The friendly staff, (Tracy was our cashier), the cleanliness, the organization of products, and the assistance in finding products.

I have wasted my money in buying a products from different stores and not doing what it meant to do, even I bought another online from another store still it was fake, but just once I bought from Home Depot it was a geniune product and works fine

I was impressed with how many employees were scattered about the store. When I could not find what I needed, there was always an employee with an orange apron nearby.

Great place for home improvement materials

there is so many things we love about your store not just that you have so much to choose from but the people are so good at what they do and they seem happy to be helping. always....... and the store is always clean and just fun, especially all the beautiful things for christmas....... keep up the good work home depot

Chopping early for Christmas items, and they had a wonderful supply of items well displayed, and at good prices!

Had some difficuloty in finding a product. A store emplyee spent a good deal of time helping me find it. Went way above what I expected. the cashier, Diana was really nice and sweet and got me checked out in no time

ThIs store is the closest to where we live and they always have everything we need for home improvement. The employees ALWAYS greet us, are ALWAYS helpful and knowledgeable.

Literally every time I come everybody’s willing to help and there’s always employees that know pretty much anything. 10/10
