Employee Jackie help get more product down from the shelf for us and then also took the time to restock the shelf for others. Joey was our cashier and he was very friendly and thanked us for coming in. Store has a warm Friendly feeling today keep up the good work.

My Army Vet and I truly appreciate all Employees at our HD Store #0483 in Surprise, AZ. We always receive a greeting, attention and great customer service at this store. We have shopped for many of our household needs and each visit has been a great experience. All employees are so attentive, knowledgeable and willing to serve with a smile behind the mask. :) It is a pleasure shopping at our Surprise, AZ Store for appliances, gardening supplies, wood cutting, hardware, and to receive excellent Customer Service and check-out and getting our Military Discount is wonderful! That has happened every single time! Love it!! I worked retail for 20 years and This IS what Great Customer Service is all about!! Keep up the great work & Thanks for all you do to Everyone!

Kevin H was excellent customer service personified! He went above and beyond to assist us in the midst of an extremely busy Sunday. I cannot thank him enough for his friendly helpful attitude. It was so refreshing!

I went in to return a pocket hose (they're awful, don't buy them) and a really great gal named Angel offered to help me. I had my receipt and expected things to go smoothly but their system was saying the item had already been returned. Um, ok?! Angel tried everything she could to refund my card but nothing worked. That's when Melissa, the store manager stepped in. She was able to override the system and approve my return, paying me in cash. Both ladies went above and beyond to help me and I'm very thankful for their efforts.

No mask, no hassles. It's almost April 2021 and the case numbers are bottoming out in Arizona. I am healthy and cannot wear a mask and appreciated the store associates not judging me for that. This store is always kept up nicely with great associates helping me every time I go and I've been here at least 100 times.

Overall very happy with the store. Very busy store, but employees work hard to get people taken care of. Clean and employees are around to help my needs.....

Ordered and paid for 30 sheets of plywood and they loaded 28. I am 25 miles from the store, don't have the time to return to fix their mistake. Plus at the price of wood right now I hope they refund my loss.

Very hard to get help. It’s almost like some of the employees hide. Not very many are friendly. My last two trips were positive though, both in the lighting and ceiling fan area. Lamont and another gentleman were both friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes I go to Miner’s Hardware because someone always helps. I don’t mind paying a little extra so I don’t spend 30 minutes trying to find someone. My only beef with The Home Depot is getting helped.

This store has become my go to. The employees go out of their way to help find things, suggest alternatives, and inform about new products. When I first started coming here I stayed away from Home Depot because the store where I came from was not so great. My opinion has totally changed. The quality of the products is great and returns are so easy.

One of the best Home Depots in the area with friendly staff and adequate stoking levels. The isles are open so you are not dodging supplies that have not been shelved. The staffing level at this store seems to be adequate since if you need assistance it is not difficult to find assistance. I have yet walked out of this store without having what I went in to purchase as today since we wanted a Korky plunger and came out with 2.

Just came from Home Depot in Surprise. Very nice store and very friendly & helpful employees. Had everything we needed, we will return!

We were greeted as we walked in, there were plenty of masks and sanitation items to keep everyone healthy and clean! As we walked around we were having trouble finding certain items, as some items have been discontinued because of COVID(not sure the exact reason). Lamont helped us find what we needed thank u again. As we checked out the cashier was very friendly and got us out speedily.

I just have a question, A few Years ago I had built up a twelve thousand dollar limit on my home depot card,I didn't owe a dime on the card it was all paid off and had been for probably 6months or more, because where we lived I didn't need to use it as much, but when I did try to use it if was cancelled,I was told it was because I had filed bankruptcy, but I didn't file on my Home Depot card plus I didn't owe a dime on it.I was a loyal customer for over 20 years and this is how I was treated, so this is how you treat your loyal customers.I would like my Home Depot card back with my 12 thousand dollar limit and an explanation. But I will bet that I never head a word from anyone at Home Depot.
