excited to see the floor sample of a washer and dryer thus making the shopping selection easy & quick

I went to this store and needed help with an item. I asked for help from an employer who was at the time having an informal conversation on the phone. After a few minutes, I excused myself an asked her if she could get someone to help me. It turns out she was the manager of the store. We’ll she refused to acknowledge my presence and continued with her conversation and never got someone to help me. If this is the way management treats their customers, imagine what the employees think of customer service. Not a good shopping experience.

The store was very clean and the employees were very helpful and friendly.

I have been shopping at this location for about 20 years, the associates are friendly and always help me with a great with what I need. For the most time they always have what I'm looking for. Chloe was able to help me this time, very helpful young lady. Went above and beyond, honoring my $75 dollar coupon. It had expired 2 days ago. Thank you, Chloe.

Store was messy, and I had problems checking out ,had to move carts, to get to the lumber I needed, no one help me

We are a family that frequently uses HOME DEPOT because I myself do a lot of home repairs myself. But yesterday 6/18/2021 I had a very bad experience. Again I use HOME DEPOT for all my home repairs. Yesterday I went to purchase CARPET I requested 10 1/2 ft. of carpet [0000-488-268] I got home and measured Carpet and it was 9ft. 10in. I go back return the Carpet and go to the back and get another cut of same Carpet. I get home and it was 10ft. I go back and was given attitude about returning second cut of carpet and was told "Maybe the machine is off" well if its off why is it being used. Yes I was able to again return the second cut of Carpet. But not good service and I was very surprised because I have never had an issue with things I have bought at HOME DEPOT.

Too many work carts rushing to stock when customers trying to shop. Very uncomfortable and dangerous environment. Too many employees wearing earbuds and not attentive to customers. Stock is limited. Did not get toilet color I really wanted. Did get great customer service in bath department from Lupe and 2 young men who put our purchase in the car.

The store overrated my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and made my shopping experience much easier. Definitely my new Home Depot store!

Customer Service lacks in all departments at this store . Especially in the Garden Department. Nigeria and Dan should be re-trained in customer service>

Courteous and friendly and very helpful employees and store is very clean recommended to everybody.

They force one line to all the registers, the main isle gets packed because of this flawed system. The store is full of undercovers because the store is a hotspot for thieves. Be prepared to hound CS reps for help as they are all too busy gossiping. If someone cuts line they won’t do anything that puts their lives in danger so you know they cannot handle the store! Workers will accuse you of stealing for price hacks/specials they don’t know about. We are in the age where the customer is not always right and they allow bad workers and managers to maintain these positions.

Wonderful staff and always helpful. Despite the high customer volume they always are professional and upon check out get all customers thought fast and are always curious.

Need to train staff on being helpful, you can easily place a mannequins holding hello,welcome,shop with us again at the entrance to greet that way i wont expect to be offered assistance because that's all they did was stand and watch.

The cashier's need to acknowledge the customers and smile while talking to them instead of rushing them out the door. The cashier's need to be friendlier.

Positive experience overall for this visit and a previous one, and the associates were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly when I had some different questions related to my purchases.

This location has never had good customer service. Often, there are products that are not available at other locations, so it is still a better option, but if another carries it and you want good customer service, go to the other one that is just across the highway.

I feel I was discriminated against by employees because of the fact that I speak Spanish. I went to check out and asked SEVERAL employees about wanting to get taken advantage of a promotion I was given because I have an account with Home Depot, and no one bothered to help me. There was an employee that went as far as to even try and get me to apply for a account with Home Depot even after I explained what I needed help with. It was extremely disappointing and heartbreaking to see that I was not taken serious. I feel as though Home Depot should make their employees more aware of peoples different cultural backgrounds and have employees become more sensitive to the needs of customers. I would hate to know others can/are being treated the same way. My daughter had to call Home Depot directly to ensure my purchase was made properly, and of course it was not, so they had to adjust the promotion. Overall I’m very disappointed with this Home Depot.

The staff is poorly trained in both product information and customer service. The doors and windows sitting in racks on the floor are filthy. Overall, the store is poorly organized with stackers and lift trucks in main aisles. The customer service staff is rude, gruff, and probably fits in very well with the people in this part of the city.

The store was well organized and clean. Associates were friendly and made eye contact with customers throughout the store. We were coming from another home improvement store where the appliance we wanted to purchase was on backorder until mid March. This store not only had the exact same appliance in stock ready for delivery but it was cheaper. The associate who helped us in appliances was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure our questions were answered. We were able to utilize one of the promotions currently being offered which prompted us to purchase an additional appliance we had not planned on. This interaction restored our faith, Great Customer Service does exist!

This store doesn’t recognize veterans to receive a military discount. Although we are not active duty or didn’t retire from the military we also made many contributions to our country and should not be excluded for this benefit. This is why I’m taking my business back to Lowe’s.

Two cashiers argued with me about my purchase. Another employee helped me reload my cart with the "correct" merch. The cashier after that did a good job. Name on receipt says "Karla"
